Attempted to mail prepaid UPS box, they attempted to charge me $0.80 for a "taping fee", they have no idea what customer service is, and want to try to nickel-and-dime you, no exaggeration, $0.80 for a single piece of tape approximately 16 inches long, they told me they are trying to recoup the loss they probably could buy a roll of tape for a little bit more than that sounds like theyre trying to profit, horrible customer service.

This UPS Store employee Jamie says they do not to accept Next Day Packages after 4pm because they are understaffed . It is too tough for them to put your pre-packaged items into a UPS box, tape it closed, and to print your label. The driver who apparently was early could not wait for her to put tape on the package. What horrible service given by Jaime at this store.

Great employees! I go there almost everyday to print out papers, have a binder made, you name it. Always friendly, always attentive. Friendly atmosphere with a homely vibe. Great store all around!
