I had been debating whether or not to spend the money on a BMW vs. maybe going with a combination of Japanese bikes. I actually visited the other two BMW dealers in the area first. While, they were very competent and had a good selection, it really as if they were doing me a favor by considering selling me a bike. I understand BMW has great resale value and a great warranty, but I was hoping to at least have someone excited to help me and perhaps willing to at least work with me on some accessories etc. Erik at BMW of Denver was awesome. He has more experience riding a motorcycle than I probably will ever get, but he treated me with respect and enthusiasm. I brought my bike back a few weeks later for the first service (PS BMW of Denver gives you Free Oil Changes) and they helped me hard wire in my GPS and set up my exhaust. The parts and service department also helped me with finding some closeouts on riding gear and deals on a few key parts. You can tell it is a great dealership because all 3 times I have been there numerous riders from all over the world have been there to get their bikes serviced or prepping for a rally. That should really tell you all you need to know about the service department. All and all it was a great experience. If only BMW made a good naked bike, I would buy my next bike there as well.

Beware of the service department! Took my 14 R nine T for left cylinder knocking noise and brakes squeak. They did fix the knocking noise issue, even though it took them 3 weeks to do it, but when I got the bike back both wheels had paint damages. I believe the technician sprayed the brakes with some sort of chemical that damaged the rims paint. I contacted the service manager, Steve, and he assured me they will fix the paint damages. Got the bike back 2 days later. The wheels looked fine until I washed the bike, all the paint damages reappeared. Apparently they used "Magic Oil" to cover up the paint damages, one of the service advisers actually told me that once I called them back. Contacted Steve again, and he basically stated that the damages were not done by the dealer and most likely I am responsible for it by using a wrong wheel cleaner. I dont use wheel cleaners at all, just spray wax. He took some pictures of the wheels and promised to contact his manager to see what they can do. Havent herd back from him since then and its been a couple of months. I even contacted BMW of North America but they werent able to do anything. I will submit a complaint regarding this issue to the General Attorney Office, hopefully they can help me.

I had gone to another BMW dealer across town and was ignored and treated very poorly. I was looking to buy a new bike and all new gear when I walked in. Their sales "manager" if that is what you can say wouldnt even give me the time of day....I went to look at the apparel and was ignored the whole time as well. Needless to say I headed straight to BMW Of Denver and I love this place!!! As soon as I walked in it was bright and welcoming, as opposed to being in a dark small building that was cold and harsh. I was welcomed immediately and asked if I needed any help!! I worked with one of the salesman for over an hour and they never had a problem with all of my questions and indecisiveness. After I decided which bike I wanted I was helped in the parts and apparel dept. Now these guys and gals know what they are talking about. They never were pushy or tried to upsell me over what I wanted. Wonderful experience and I will be back over and over. I noticed many customers walk by and they knew their names and were just like buddies!! My new shop!!

Linda, I wanted to send a quick Thank You for the prompt professional services I received at BMW of Denver yesterday. I was warmly greeted when I arrived for my appointment and my service ticket was promptly completed - most importantly you listened closely to all of my requests. You and Darrell provided wise advise in preparation for my upcoming 4,000+ mi ride - anticipating and discussing options to reduce risks of a breakdown or being stranded during the trip. All service was completed ahead of the agreed completion time allowing me to begin final trip preparations earlier than planned. Based on recommendations provided by you, Darrell and Matt I feel well prepared for my upcoming adventure. As always Kelsey handled the financial end in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Please share my appreciation with the rest of your team. Thanks again - Ill see you when I return from my trip to the northeast ... MSD

BMW of Denver, motorcycles and much more! I do not normally do a Google review immediately after making a purchase, but this experience was over the top and 5 thumbs up! The GM Bill Mc Connell and my Sales Advisor, Petko Petkov, both walk on water and eat fire in my book on exceptional customer service! I traded my 2005 GS for a brand new R1200RT, having kept my last bike for 12 years of great adventure. I was able to do a very extended test ride first, and treated like family from the moment I stepped inside the dealership... or rather, the minute I parked outside when I was greeted by the GM himself! The sale and transfer of my used bike was seamless and fast, and the 2017 RT is everything and more than I expected. BMW does have the Ultimate Riding Machine, and BMW of Denver, Bill and Petko, are the ultimate in exceptional customer service. This dealership deserves 6 Stars, not just a measly 5.

These guys are fantastic, by far the best motorcycle buying experience I have had. I went in on a Saturday, not intending to buy a bike, and the GM Bill said why dont you take the S1000r for a spin. I love how they let you test ride the bikes and that is what sold me. After 5 minutes on the bike I was ready to sign ha. Even though they were extremely busy, they made me feel like I was the only one there. I worked with Tally, he came highly recommended from a buddy of mine and I now know why. The guy knew the bike inside and out, he was super laid back and friendly as well. They didnt have the color S1000r I wanted but told me they would have one the next week. 2 days later I got a call to come get the bike, Tally had the paperwork ready and I was in and out in about 30min including signing over my trade. Just a great all around experience. If you are looking for a new BMW bike go see these guys.

I owned a BMW Moto a while back, then switched to other brands (KTM/HONDA) the last couple years. Recently I purchased a S100RR and F800GS Adventure from Petko Petkov at BMW of Denver. What a night and day difference from some of the other dealers I have worked with. Petko was so professional and immensely knowledgeable without being arrogant or pushy. He helped me with a number of accessories for both bikes, taking care of all the potential headaches for me and getting the bikes dialed so they were perfect when I picked them up. He also handled the trade of one of my KTMs and was great to work with when I initially picked the wrong size riding jacket. Since the purchase, he has always been there to answer questions about tweaks to the bikes, electronics, helmets etc. True customer service. I cant say enough about how great my experience has been with Petko and BMW of Denver.
