I was shoping around, comparing prices on a dirt bike. I had already gotten a quote for a bike from a shop in the Denver Area, but Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza is closer. I went in to see a sales associate about the bike, to see if he could or would match the price and save me a drive to Denver. I spoke with the sales associate named "Derek", and he offered to save me a buck, which I took to me $100. As it turns out he meant a dollar, so when I called to ask about this price again, it was explained to me. I expressed disinterest in his offer due to the fact that one dollar is not a much better deal, and the misconmmunication turned me off. When I told him I was going to take my business to the dealer in Denver, he became hostile and rude toward me. He told me to call him after I got to the Denver dealership to tell him all the horrible things the dealer there would put me though. His tone an attitude ensured that Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza would not be earning my business under any circumstance. It was clear that the business practices are not geared toward customer service or courtesy. I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my ATV in for a tuneup, oil change etc, they didnt change the air filter, lube, or fluids but said they did. They screwed up the dash computor and said it wasnt there falt. Took it back twice for repairs and still didnt fix. Didnt return my calls. This is still a problem and they wont do anything. I got a tap dance from the service mgr. and owner Steve. Purchased a polaris wench twice, both broke with minimal use. The last wench was used 6 times over 14 months and completely stopped working. I paid $439.00 for this wench. The owner said they are not responsable for the wench, only polaris and they denied replacement. The employee working in appeal had a attitude when I questioned the answer/response. FYI, Polaris is suppost to be "American made" clearly, the parts are made in China such as the wench. Beware! if you purchase anything from this place you will be on your own. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, they dont care. People should not be treated with such lack of respect! I stand behind what I have said and wont use this company again even if I have to drive an hour to Denver. The review status should say "very very poor"

The guy who has the accent Ryan or whatever his name is, is the biggest not knowing idiot in there. I ask for a certain tire, he says they have it i drive all the way over there and figures that the "new" guy is still learning. So I waisted my time and gas to go there for something i was told they had and didnt have. Then a week and a half ago I order a chain and sprocket they have the chain in stock but have to order the front sprocket so im still waiting. Decided to call today and ask and ryan(dumbass with the accent) tells me its not there and should be here by noon. If its not there. Im going to be peed of. They will over night it free of charge or lose my business. This place is starting to get on my nerves. Ohh and just fyi to ppl out there action cycle will get orders for you within a few days. I call about a rear sprocket from them they ordered it from the same warehouse and it was here in two days. Who cares if its not a great shop like the rest of the dumb places they get the same quality from the same place but 3x faster.

Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza has the best customer service I have seen here in Colorado. I wouldnt recommend trying to buy a bike anywhere else but here. I brought my bike in to trade and they gave me well over what I thought it was worth and their sales rep Casey along with the store manager worked hard to find me the perfect bike to trade it for. If they dont have your dream bike there, trust me, they will do everything they can to get one in for you. The whole entire experience I had there, from the moment I walked in was amazing. All of the staff on the sales floor are super friendly. I highly recommend working with Casey just because my experience with him was so great; he wasnt at any point pushy, I never felt pressured, hes super easy to talk to, and very patient. Ive since been back to the store 3 times since I bought my bike a month ago and Casey always recognizes me and greets me by my name. They treat you like family there which is something I cant say about any other business Ive ran into here.

Poor customer service by the general manager (GM) and his team. I noticed damage to the paint on the brushguard of the Yamaha Kodiak 700 I purchased prior to sale and it was annotated by the salesman. He stated that he would discuss options with his GM once the GM returned. I called the salesman and asked him what the GM had indicated. I asked to speak to the GM. He said that he had contacted Yamaha and that the company would not remedy the damage or provide any consideration whatsoever. He also stated that it was an ATV and it was normal to have damage. He offered to discount an item if I wished, but would not repair the brushguard. I personally contacted Yamaha to investigate the issue and they stated that it the GMs response was incorrect and that I should be entitled to restitution for the damage. I expected better customer service from a family-owned, however, I have never been so marginalized as a customer before.

I have just got back into riding and bought a bike for about 5k turned around to do some work on it. So this place being the first and closest place i went and and tried it out. I have ordered a total of 21 parts from this store, out of those i had only recieved 1 part that actually is correct. I did eventually get them but they keep nothing in stock and everything has to be shipped from a warehouse from california. On top of that i dont get the chance to work on the bike till the weekend really and of course they are closed on Sundays and Mondays so i get one day to work on it and hope that it is the right part if not I have to wait until Tuesday until they will order it. If i want overnight I have to pay the extra 34 dollars to get it their that much faster. Now because they have screwed up so much stuff they have been paying for the overnighting but it takes forever just to get the parts ordered.........

Took my bike to to there service department to get my brakes bled. They couldnt get them to properly bleed out and told me the Rotor was the cause. The part was on back order for a month and when they finally got it in it didnt fix the problem. (Which I told them couldnt be the issue). They then ordered a new master cylinder which took a week to get in. They called me to pick up my bike and when I went there to get it they were closed but I was there 30 minutes before they closed. I checked my voicemail and had a missed call from them while I was on my way. They told me the bike is not actually ready and it is a "Funny Story". I dont see the humor in not having my bike for a month and a half because there mechanics dont understand simple mechanics. I would not recommend their service department to air up my tires. Oh and customer service was horrible every time I went to check on progress or called them.
