Rude sales people trying to sell overpriced scooters. Repair guy is awesome but what they charge for off brand repair if pathetic!!!! Im sure there is a big community for off brand repair and they would make bank if there were not so pathetically priced for repair. No willingness to work with people either. Whats more, look at the reviews. You will see a reply from the owner. The reply is very snarky and belittling. To post how much exactly is rude as well. Very very unprofessional. I have gone back for a helmet and they were fantastic!!! They worked with me and gave me a great deal. The people are good people it is just hard for off brand is all. My advice, stay calm and talk things through.

Bought our scooter from these folks 4 years ago for my wife but i ended up riding it. Ive bought some gear from them as well. Good prices and really helpful. Had my scooter in for all the scheduled maintenance and they are good about putting up with my pickiness (and im gettin really grumpy and picky in my old age lol.) They always check the little things i nitpick about without hesitation and go above and beyond the service they advertise. These guys (and gal) are great, personable, friendly, and attentive. Im confused by their repair rates. The quote for replacing a speedometer cable on my Vespa LX 150 was more than if I had all 4 brakes done on my car. Their parts pricing is through the roof as well. I ended up buying the cable on line, had it shipped overnight, replaced the cable myself ( about 4 hours for something Ive never done ). I cant imagine what could justify over $200 in repair cost for replacing a cable and the "week" they would have to have it in the shop. Baffled!!

The guys here are awesome!! We bought a scooter today and if it wasnt for their amazing customer service, we probably wouldnt have been so comfortable and willing to take it home. They were not pushy whatsoever and were exceptionally knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back and buy a second one from them in the future. We could not be happier with our buy!!

Sportique is the only place in town with whom I will trust my scooter maintenance and repairs. Ive acquired 2 scooters from them. They are absolutely the most honest, helpful and competent scooter gurus in town. After hearing the horror stories from other scooterists who have had work done on their machines at other places, Id never go anywhere else.

Adam got us in for service on the same day we called due to our RV schedule ... John did the work on our Stella and had her fixed by 11 am including some extra maintenance they suggested. Wife sez Stella hasnt performed this well since new. These guy KNOW scooters and are super accommodating...wish they were a couple of thousand miles to the East!

Their work on my scooter seems to have been done well. However they have to work on their costumer service. The guy seemed to be upset throughout the whole process. I understand if the business didnt do so well and had to downsize, but if youre rude to the people who hire you, it wont do much better. Just saying...
