Im still hoping for some resolution. However, no one has contacted me and my phone calls are not returned. While I have always had great experiences in parts and service, I am at a loss on how to deal with my most recent poor service with Aurora Honda in my quest to obtain a new/used seat for my 1989 Goldwing. In April I went in for oil/filter and inquired on how to not pay $700-$800 and was referred to Rod. Rod asked me to call back in a week as he was going to check. I called in a week, he had forgotten but asked me to call again in a week, which I did. Through Kevin in sales (as Rod is not always in the store) I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday as I work downtown during the week. On Saturday, when I called to confirm, I was told by Kevin that Rods parents (owners?) had told him to go to some event. and he would not be available. I have repeatedly called since and sent contact information via the website but to no avail. I called last week and Kevin advised he would speak w/Rod but STILL no response.

I have used this dealer for years to service my Honda Elite and Honda Silverwing . Lately they have a new service advisor when I ask questions about service he communicates with me in slang and treats me like a little kid. Chances are Im older than he is at any rate I dont like how he treats me and Ive seen him communicate with other customers and he treats them much better from my observation. On 11-01-16 I stopped by to schedule service for my Silverwing and same attitude towards me and everyone before him has always treated me great . On top of all that they have political signs from the NRA posted on the service counter .Whatever political beliefs you have is fine but I dont want it shoved in my face at a place of business . I think for now on I will find a new dealer to service my bikes I dont like the treatment from the service advisor and I doubt they will do anything about it but write some generic response

Ive been buying parts from Aurora Honda for 15 years. I have never bought a motorcycle there, but most of my parts are purchased with them (tires, covers, batteries, accessories, grips, cables, mirrors, signals, etc). Their prices are competitive, even considering the Internet options. They will even mount your Internet purchased tires for a minimal cost. I started buying my tires from them anyway. They mounted and managed to balance my BMW R 1100 GS rear tire (BMW rear wheels are different than the regular cycle wheels). They give helpful advice on parts, motorcycles in general, recommendations for products and parts, and whatever. Ive eyed their used bikes for years. They are reasonably prices. Family owned, personal service, its a good place to go.

Ive taken my VTX1800R to them a lot over the last 10 years. From time to time, I would pick another shop because of location or a friend recommended how incredible or inexpensive thier shop was.... But it always comes down to service, knowledge and trust. Aurora Honda has Always provided great service! When another shop totally messed up my engine, they took it in and got it back to where it seems to run better than when it was new. Im getting ready for a 7500 cross Canada ride. Ive ridden 49 States (I rented in Hawaii), 3 Provinces, 1 Territory and when I finish this trip Ill add the rest of the Provinces all on my VTX. Before I ride... they are the only shop I trust with something so important to me.

I bought a set of tires for my 1980 XL250S from Aurora Honda. Because it uses a 23" front wheel, its hard to source them these days, but they were able to get one for me, and a matching rear tire. About a half hour after I left the store, they called me back to let me know that they actually found them for about $45 less and would be sending a refund to my card and purchasing them at the lower price. Ive never had any dealership do that for me, especially without asking. Because of their honesty and looking out for me as a customer, Im happy to recommend them and will be going back when I need parts or other service.

They wouldnt give me my money back on a Harley they sold me with a bad transmission. When I went to confront they they called the police on me while 4 men that worked at the shop surrounded me. Im 54" 130 lbs. When the cops arrived the shop had lied and said I threatened to shoot up the shop, which never happened. The police made sure I received my merchandise and told me it all just sounded like poor customer service to them. I would never go back or recommended that you dont go if your not white, being Im a mixed female. I am in the process of taking them to court.

This was my easiest vehicle purchase ever. The price and fees were reasonable and up front. They had the best price among all the local dealers. The staff greeted us at the door and I did not feel any pressure. Rod was knowledgeable regarding Honda products and gave us good advice. I did not have to haggle at all. Rod saw us out personally and gave us all the time we needed. If you are looking for a Honda motorcycle this shop is worth a drive. I did not ask but I got the feeling this was a family owned and run business.

They worked with me while I was getting approved for my loan through my bank. They held the bike I wanted for almost 2 weeks while my bank was sluggishly going through my application. And I did not have a single bad experience. I bought my helmet and jacket through here as well and they helped me get it all fit correctly and the right size

An honest and local full-service motorcycle shop. Worst critique would be that they dont always have the part you need on the shelf or an immediate time to get you into the shop. So just order ahead or call ahead to be sure. Otherwise they got it covered to pat. Ive used these guys for years.A very personable mom n pop.

A+ All around! This is the place to go. Family operated with a very dedicated customer base. I am cheap and check prices.. If you get bikes cheaper elsewhere, there WILL be a catch.. Service cost is usually lower than others, and they dont like to haggle alot.. they extend the best they can up front.
