All of those other reviews must have had private insurance because I came with private insurance and had a decent experience, but nothing to rave about. Brought my children who have wellcare, and the office staff was rude as hell. Called because running late, staff on phone sucked her teeth in my ear because I could only say we would be less than 10 minutes late. I sent someone on in to register us, and when we got there the one lady was helping this person we started talking to the person we sent in and another lady snaps at us were we the ones who called. Then later on the receptionist gave me dirty looks and would not help us when my kids came out from the doctor. I understand we were late but if you dont want to see people who are late just say that dont suck your teeth in my ear and huff and puff like youre the big bad wolf! I would not recommend this office to Satan if he were going blind!

Ive been taking my daughter here for years. Even when the office was downtown.. never had a problem until yesterday. We were running late for the appt. I called to let them know. The secretary was RUDE. Kept over talking me. Kept calling my daughter him agter i repeatedly told her its my daughter. She than insisted that we would gave to reschedule with the nearest appt being 2 weeks away... i informed her that i would not be needing that appt. Bc i was taking my business else where. I will never do any type of business with AVC again.

Dr. Knezich is the best optometrist Ive ever had. He seems like family every time you see him. Most importantly, I went to the VA for an eye exam, in order to get prescription glasses at American Vision, and discovered the VAs prescription wasnt even close to correct. Needless to say, Dr. Knezichs prescription was right on the money, with contacts and glasses. He also has a fantastic office staff, particularly Kimberly! Highly recommend with or without insurance!!!

I had an appointment today, my first, for a contact lens exam. I have to say, I wasnt expecting much for the price, but was really pleased. The staff was friendly; the doctor had a great personality and was thorough. The equipment is current in technology, and I felt no pressure to buy. More than likely, Ill be going back, recommending to friends and switching my daughters doctor.

This was my very first time visiting this company and I have no regrets at all. I love the service and the staff is very professional. Dr. Knezich took the time to explain each test before doing them and the results of each one. The most important part of my visit was I didn’t have to wait over 5 minutes before being called to the examining room. Love the atmosphere!

I had been with another office for years and just wasnt satisfied the last 2 years and said time for change. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast effective exam I recieved. I was given lots of contact options to try before purchasing. I loved the atmosphere and the staff. Dr. Knezich is awesome

This place is great i went with both of my son. The secretary was so nice and the Dr. was great and patient. I took them to the one in the mall and they were the worse!! then i took them to American vision..not pushy and take there time to show you what ever you want to see.
