I hate for the first review to be negative but my wife and I had a horrible experience here. For just over four hundred dollars she received a pair of sunglasses and eye glasses. The eye glasses are fine, the sunglasses are another story. The original lens were just a little beat up so she had new lenses put in. when we got them back they were tinted but only in the middle, the outside edge was still clear! The attendant tried to tell us that all polarized lenses are like this, LIES! My wife told her that the original ones were polarized and completely dark, the attended didn’t believe her and tried to tell us we didn’t know what we were talking about. She quickly back peddled when my wife produced the old lens to prove her wrong. On top of the faulty craftsmanship, one lens wouldn’t stay in the frame. The attendant said that they would fix them and to return in a few hours. A few hours past and no call. My wife called to see what the progress was; they had forgotten to call her back to tell her that they needed to order a set of new lenses. Now I’m not saying this is going to be the case for everyone, but if you care about your eyes, even a little, why would you go to a place that can’t even get the lenses to stay in the frame.

I thought that this was going to be a good experience at first. They seemed helpful and friendly, but then my glasses didnt arrive when they said they would (a week to 10 days, which I already thought was bad enough). I even received a phone call from an employee five days AFTER I ordered and paid for them in full and the order had not even left the center !! I have received varying stories of the reason for the delay, including a change in suppliers and a new lab for my particular insurance, which all may be true. The worse thing was that none of the employees I spoke to seemed able or willing to call the lab and find out when I COULD expect them. I found it very difficult to believe that a lab that the center sends orders to and obviously has to communicate with, cannot be contacted to check on an order in process. In the final analysis, Im afraid that If they cannot produce your glasses in HOUSE and you want them in a timely manner, DONT go here and bother these people. They wont help you!!

Fast and easy. The offices accept walk-ins and the appointments are very smooth. I loved that the doctor took his time to fully examine my eyes and work with me to figure out the best prescription for me. The lady working the eye glasses station was able to find the perfect frames to fit my face and they had them ready within an hour! I am extremely satisfied and will return again in the future.

Told them I lived out of town and needed my glasses same day, ONE WEEK later and still never heard from them. They also tried to make me sign a blank form saying I agreed to pay the fees listed above and there were NO fees listed. Would not go back.
