I purchased prescription glasses from Lenscrafters and within 2-3 months the protective coating on the lenses started to peel. I called Lenscrafters and was told they offered no built-in warranty and that if I didnt spend extra at the time of purchasing my glasses for their "protection plan" that I would just have to purchase new lenses all over again. Only a couple months after spending over $300 for glasses. TERRIBLE customer service options. Never again.

I was helped today by Clark and Mark. I called all over town to find a lab that could get me in a pair today with no luck. Any place that was open had no tech on duty in their lab. Not only did this location have a lab tech on duty...they had my glasses to go in about 40 minutes. Very professional and helpful. I will be back. Thank you so much!

Should be no stars. Eye doctor was mean and rude to my wife. Told her she was going blind and her made her feel like it was her fault. We paid 400.00 at specialist and was told nothing was wrong with her eyes. Shes lucky shes a woman.She was a little woman with foreign sounding name.

The people here were extremely friendly, I felt welcomed right away. Very positive environment, not bad prices either! I definitely will be back and spread the word! I was shocked to see any bad reviews, I thought for sure Id be among many many five stars!
