Drove 25 minutes to the store, walked in asked sales rep were a wine was located by the box. Pointed me in the ditection. Had to go back to the same rep who then had to come help me sense the boxes were on a top shelf. Go to check out. Cashier calls for a Supervisor immediately asks for my ID and my step sisters ID. Refuses sale to me sense my step sister is 17, claims i may be buying a case of Pinot Grigio along with some wiskey, could be for her. While there are little kids running around the store .There was one tiny little sign that says anyone under 21 isnt alould in the store that is located to the left as soon as you walk in the store. Never comming back again.

This is Toys r Us for adults who drink. GREAT Staff. very knowledgable. Take advantage of the daily tastings, and pick their brains! staff doesnt push a sale, but they will walk you thru finding the perfect wine or bottle of Scotch for any gift or occasion. sign up for Frequent Buyer to get deals. Be ready to show your ID if youre going to purchase! This isnt the place to "run into for a six pack". Take you r time and youll learn a lot and get some good deals foo!

I simply wished to purchase a bottle of Hennessey. I waited ten minutes for a store associate to unlock the cognac case. Then I was told that there was a bottle at the front desk. When I attempted to retrieve it the manager informed me that the cashier would have to pick it up. I knew what was going on here but they will never get my dollars again, and I will be sure to inform all of my friends.

This place is toys R us for adults!!! You want that obscure craft beer you saw on buzzfeed 3 years ago that the hipster guy with a nose ring said tasted like "a perfect summer afternoon, while laying on freshly cut grass" this is your place! Seriously they have everything!!! I just bought a 24 pack of Zima here yesterday!

Stopped in (while on route to Home Depo) to pick up some booze that I saw on sale in the news flyer. Was told I needed the "coupon" from the flyer. Left the liquor at the counter and swooped. Glad I didnt make a special trip there, Ill shop local for courteous service and no come-on.

I love the selection and the attentiveness of the employees. If youre looking for specialty wines to drink or for gifts, this is the place to go. If youre looking for specialty liquors like rum, cognac and scotch they have a great selection.

Went in to buy some cigars, as an 18 y/o. Was told I was not allowed to buy unless I was 21. Brought a guardian and they still wouldnt sell. I know several 18 year olds they will sell too. Very annoyed and dissatisfied

Great selection but rarely will an employee acknowledge you. In the past few years Ive only had one employee offer assistance. Most seem preoccupied with conversations amongst each other or stocking shelves.

What a selection. And they got Mangria, their chain of stores is the only place in Florida to get it. I love that I can get lots of beers from little breweries like Due South, etc.
