Brought in a Honda v-twin for carb work to their hwy 64 location. I had let the bike sit and it was acting like it wasnt getting enough fuel running through it. They charged $150 to remove the carb and clean it out and re-install. This would be a fair price if they properly cleaned out the carb. I dont think their tech has any idea what hes doing, and wonder if they did any work on it at all. After getting the bike back from them, the exact same symptoms existed and I called the owner about the problem and asked him if he would describe to me exactly what the process was for them, when cleaning out the carb. He would not tell me. I asked him, since he said "he didnt notice" the symptoms when test riding the bike after "repairs", if he would be willing to ride alongside in another vehicle while I took the bike out to show him these symptoms he was unable to find in the test-ride. He would not. He got angry with me over the phone when I told him it was exhibiting the exact same problems it had before he "worked on it" the first time. He said for me to bring the bike in again and that "he would fix it", but Im writing this review to tell future customers to look elsewhere as I strongly got the feeling that all I would get out of bringing the bike to him is more disappointment, poor mechanical and customer service and a big waste of my time. I hope you dont waste your time going there. If this guy wants to stay in business hes going to need to find a tech with some actual skills/education and find another person to answer his phones and deal with customers. Or maybe he should just close down the "repair shop" and just rent u-hauls, as he obviously doesnt care about his customers and has no sense of how to run a business.

Bought a 2011 150cc thought I was getting a good deal on it but boy was I wrong... Purchased on 7-9-14 left the shop after getting headlight turn signal and supposedly speed odometer asked John if bike had been serviced and he said yes.. I then left about 1:30 p.m. to get gas and ride back home to Kenly to find out the gas needle didnt work also along with the horn... I then went back to shop and told John and he said bring back when make payment told him ok so started riding it home bike then quit 2 miles from shop called John back and had to wait in the heat for 40 mins before Edwin showed up and said fuel line had came loose but everything was fine now and good to go.. I even asked him had the bike been serviced and he said yes, so I then proceeded to head home ride back til got 39 hwy and and then cuts off but cranked rt back up and went about a quarter and mile and quit again and would not start back.. I then proceeded to call John back which in return he put on phone with Edwin which is kinda strange since John sold me the bike... Edwin then told me to bring it back before 6 so got brother to bring truck and carry it back... When got there told john what was wrong and he said you done blowed it up I then was already mad enough I told him to just give me my money back he then stated again thats why I wonted my money back cause I has already locked motor up.. I then asked him again did they service the bike and he said yes again... Well if that was the case how do miss a headlight not working the horn speed odometer gas gauge signal lt not working.. You know how u miss ? They never serviced it thats how a bunch of lies just to make a dollar...

My bike broke down on a saturday and thought I was calling the Honda dealership but mistakenly called them instead.(close to the same name and address) They took two weeks to replace the starter and then after I picked the bike up found they failed to replace the coolant when they removed the radiator. I stopped by and talked to the owner and he very flippant and not very concerned and said he would have the tech call me. not sure why he felt the tech should call me but okay...he never called. I called back and spoke to the owner again and he said I was supposed to call the tech?...Again not sure why the tech makes his business decsions but obvious the owner cares less. He hung up on me because I was laughing. All I wanted was the coolant to replace what was not put in. Or an aplology...nothing was given They charged me more than the dealership for substanard work.... I would not go there for anything.

Worse experience ever---do NOT FINANCE through them. They increased my payoff and tried to get more $$ out of me than what I actually owed them. Dealing with the owner is a joke. When I called him to talk about it, he would always tell me his wife wasnt in the office (Accounting), so Id have to call back...and when she was there, she always just put him on the phone anyways!! Hes great at giving people the run around and taking advantage of people. Stay away...take your business elsewhere.

I purchased a brand new buddy 50 from them about a month ago and I love it! Brought it in for the first servicing and to get oil yesterday and they did everything I asked. It runs very well. The owners are very nice and do what they can for you. They even told me the best person to call for the new liability insurance on it and I got a great rate. Ultra power sports is the place to go!!

I took my scooter in and after two weeks they said they couldnt fix it. Said they replaced the starter and other parts. They charged me $50.00 down and another $150.00 to get it back. Then I took my still non-running scooter to another mechanic and none of the items they said they replaced had been. Couple of spark plugs and wires and its good to go. Careful who you deal with !!!

I ordered some scooter parts from these guys. Although they took a little long to ship, when I had to add some extra parts to my order, they were totally willing to rush the new order into the same package as the older order and get it shipped. Pretty good service overall!

I went in looking for a scooter on impulse. Good selection, they answered all my questions. I like that they service too, only place I found like that in Garner. They are located on 70 though now, across from the Target shopping center.
