I have had nothing but positive experiences with them since theyve opened. I have used the service department for everything from installing a 95 kit, installing tires, to inspections. Geoff in service is a true businessman but also a gentleman. He was able to get me into service with a flat on a Saturday afternoon and if things are taking longer than usual, hell call when most local shops would make you wonder where your bike is until you call. It was just a day at work to them, but they got me back on the road in a matter of hours. Prices are industry average for the service and there is a small, motorcycle "museum" on site. Only complaint-bathrooms are only average for a dealership.

Been doing business with them for the last 8 years,from buying a bike to storing it every winter inside,I never had a problem with them, from the girls selling the merchandise , to the parts dept. getting parts, and then from the service dept.where dealing with Geoff,is a pure pleasure, he will take care of you like your his brother,very good mechanics doing work on your bike, they have always treated me very well,I plan to continue doing business with them as long as I ride. Also dealing with the owner John who s also a super nice guy, and a pleasure working with. I would tell everybody to go there and make them your Harley dealer.

I walked into the store to buy my boyfriend a give. I had no idea about Harley and what to get him. I was greeted right away by the girls at the front counter who then later helped me find a perfect gift for him! Would highly recommend this store, I left benign one happy customer

Its a pretty ok Harley dealer, but their hours frustrate me... I ride on weekends and in the evenings, and they have a decided lack of weekend and evening hours...

Clean store and good selection. The shirt I purchased had the logo of the dealership fading after the first wash. :-(
