Woody - "We have a 30 day warranty and we do general maintenance on our bikes before we sell them, you dont get that on craigslist" Well what you can get on craigslist in many cases are sane and reasonable prices, along with no B.S. interactions with sellers. Today I went to Bob Weavers and had a pretty bad experience. I came in around 6 with my father looking for small street bikes to learn how to ride on. After asking a lady two times for a sales associate to discuss a certain vehicle, we still were waiting for over an hour. It was until a guy named Rob from parts/ service came up and talked to us, and this guy was the best of my experience at the dealer. Personable, gave us a lot of information, showed me around and gave me advice for riding. Rob was very helpful and a great guy. After waiting for an hour like I said, Rob was able to get us a sales associate named Woody to show us the bike. I showed him points of concern on the vehicle; scratches, dents, chips, worn brakes and tires, along with other stuff. This guy argued with me that the damage didnt even exist, like this guy was literally crazy and seemed like he had no interest in selling the bike. I made an offer which was very close to the blue book value of an excellent condition vehicle, even though his was cosmetically beat up, and had a lot of work to be done to it. He barely budged off of sticker price at which point I showed myself to the door. I hope that this associate is not reflective of the entire company, however I will say that I had a bad experience and will never shop here again. If looking for a vehicle please look elsewhere, save yourself the time and frustration :)

First off. Being a naïve motorcycle buyer as well as making an impulse buy (yes my fault), I was taken advantage of by this company by charging me $2000 more than the bike was worth. Shame on me, yes. Second, I needed a tire changed on my bike and they were the only place in the area open and able to do it that day. They again overcharged significantly. The rim was off the bike (I took it off myself) and I paid over $250 for the tire change. Tire cost online was $100. I tried to argue with them and showed them the tire online but it was a losing battle. The work was done and I was stuck. It also took over 45 minutes for them to do the work when I was promised it would only take 10. I literally watched the oaf in the back room stare at the rafters and joke with colleagues while my tire sat in front of him. I called later (which was really fun due to their messed up phone system and lack of customer support. It took over 15 minutes to get to Bob), voiced my concern to Bob himself and was told "You are absolutely right." Thats it! No offers like "how about some money off your next purchase" or any compensation offered for my time, money spent and frustration. I will NEVER go back. EVER!! They are shady people and overcharge for everything they do. Bob is disconnected and has tunnel vision focused on one thing. Profit. Customer service is non-existent in his eyes. Trust me, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Just recently purchased my 4th motorcycle from Bob Weaver Motorsports in May 17. I cannot even begin to even tell you how good my experiences have been at this dealership for the past 12 years. From great times buying motorcycles, to getting service work completed and buying parts/accessories for my machines I have never had a bad experience or have been let down by any of the staff. I have purchased new motorcycles and also used. Mike Weaver has been my primary salesman. Hes a very busy guy, which is very understandable of course, so if you are lucky enough to get him you will not be disappointed! If you ever need service for ANY powersports machine take it here, youll be happy you did. Trust me. The guys in the shop know what they are doing and it shows in the work they turn out. Ive been buying parts/accessories from them since my first motorcycle 12 years ago. Not ONCE have I ever got the wrong part. Whether ordering over the phone or in person. No one at the parts counter has ever put a part/accessory in my hand that I did not ask for. If youre looking to buy anything that they have either new/used, parts, or just to get something you own fixed I highly suggest giving them a chance at earning your business. Youll be glad you did!

Bob Weaver... What a joke....I dont even know where to start. First I had my bike services and I told service department that I wont be able to pick up the bike on the same day, I told them I will come back to pick it up tomorrow. The individual that I spoke with stated the bike will be done today and it will be ready for pick up tomorrow. The next day when I showed up around noon... The bike wasnt even touched. I had to make an extra trip in the afternoon to pick up my bike. I was also interested in purchasing used bike from there but, I think I changed my mind on that. I was working with Jon Thompson on the price, he stated he needs to run the numbers by Bob aka the owner so he will leave him a note. When I called to speak with Bob he had no clue what I was talking about and said Jon will call me back. I informed them that Im leaving out of state and wont be back for few weeks and wanted to purchase the bike before I leave. Havent heard from anyone yet.

I purchased a used Ducati from Bob Weaver via ebay a few months ago. Living out of state, I contacted Nate and made arrangents for sending a check for the total. Check sent and a week or so later I have my title and bill of sale mailed to me. They held the bike for over 2 weeks while I made arrangments to fly up and pick it up. The bike was serviced (gratis) before I picked it up and I had a touble-free 1000 mile ride home. This week I received a package in the mail with an extra set of keys and security card that I didnt even realize came with the bike. Realzing that: 1) Im many states away 2) They already have their money 3) Im not likey to be a return customer They could have just tossed this stuff in the trash, but instead they took the time to mail this stuff to me. Top Notch service warrants a Top Notch review.
