Im pretty sure that Lee, the owner, has forgotten more about bikes than most folks will ever know in a lifetime. I walked in with the wheel off my bike (needed replaced) and in a glance he was able to tell me the make, model range and year range of my machine before I even opened my mouth! In addition to buying parts here, Ive also recently had my bike repaired after an accident. He was spectacular to work with. While repairing the damage he was also willing to work with my ideas involving a few updates to the bike. He also took the time to tighten loose bolts, double check gaskets and give the bike a thorough examination before it left his shop. He walked through the process with me point by point, made some recommendations and even dissuaded me from spending money on parts I didnt need. Thats the mark of a guy who cares about his work and his clients! In addition to his encyclopedic knowledge and exemplary customer care he is also very personable and pleasant to converse with. There always seems to be a guy or two hanging about the shop joining in jovial conversation. Hes a customer focused business man who stands behind his work and aims to satisfy his clients. In short, I doubt you could do better!

I have gone there for inspections and my family members for repairs. I have never heard a single complaint about this place. The guy is an old school bike expert so if you have a classic you shouldnt call anyone else. It would be a waste of time. By far the best place no matter what the "big guy" in Lackawanna tells you.

I have dealt with this location for a few years now - as a woman and bike owner, i will trust no one else. He is always straightforward and doesnt take advantage of my "ignorance". I trust him and his work, completely. Dont waste your time elsewhere !

One of the most knowledgeable motorcycle mechanics in Western New York who specializes in vintage British and Japanese motorcycles. Lee is also a genuinely nice man who will give you an honest price for quality work. Highly recommend.
