Ive purchased two scooters from this place and so far have been surprisingly pleased with their product and customer support. Great how-to repair and maintenance videos on their website have turned me into my own mechanic showing step by step instructions on everything from adjusting the brakes to diagnosing s non-working scooter. However new videos are needed to cover the lithium battery scooters and how to test the battery under load, properly maintain, replace, etc. Ive owned an 800 for 4 years, and just bought a 1000 lithium under a year ago! Theyre so much fun to ride, although in California I highly recommend getting the hill climbing kit to keep you zooming up steep hills! One issue: lithium battery wont hold a charge around 6 mths after purchase even though I was told lithium batteries should last much longer than normal batteries (such as those in my 4yr old 800 scooter that still work)? Called customer support 2 weeks ago and their voicemail msg said to not leave msg since they dont check, but they will return calls? Confusing. Called again following day and talked to Adam, I believe. Was happy to hear that even though the battery was no longer in warranty, they would go ahead and honor a free battery replacement if I returned the defective one. So I stuffed it into a large USPS flat rate box (3-day priority) and sent it back. So for the cost of postage -- about $17 -- Im getting a brand new lithium replacement. Those suckers arent cheap, so Im blown away by customer service so good it exceeds the mfg warranty

Would give below one star for customer support if I could. Ordered and received my scooter in a timely manner. Wanted to purchase some upgrade parts and another scooter. Called the phone number provided and nobody answered. Called each day repeatedly for two weeks with no answer. The recording instructs you NOT to leave a message because they dont check messages however they will call you back. Seems odd, but I waited patiently. Hmmm. So, you cant leave a message but someone will call you back?? Checking caller ID, perhaps? Guess not. Never heard from anyone, ever. My suggestion is that if you plan to drop some big bucks on a scooter, see if you can actually reach someone on the phone FIRST, so that you know if you will ever get any support, customer service or access to parts. I will not buy from these people again. Seems obvious that they cant run a reputable business that supplies any support or basic customer service. Heck, they cant even answer the phone over the course of two weeks for you to even buy another scooter. How stupidly can you possibly run a business? If you buy a scooter from them, you are obviously really gambling that it will be perfect when it comes and that you will never need to speak to someone. Not good enough for a $1000 scooter.

This is the 3rd Super Turbo 1000-Elite electric scooter I am buying from Super Cycles & Scooters. I modified my first one so my 7-year old daughter can ride along with me! (thats about 270 lbs total) and the scooter accelerates just fine! Then, my 14-year old son wanted one, too! So, I got him one for his birth day as well with an added tail light and mirrors! (very useful indeed). Now, my wife wants one too, so all 4 of us can enjoy a fast ride together every weekend in our neghborhood. The staff at Super Cycles and Scooters are very supportive in both sale and service (in case you have a question or need an improvement). I have spoken to Adam, Matthew and Calvin on a number of times and they have all helped me in a very friendly manner. The packaging has been perfect, best price and the delivery very timely. Also, I custom made foot pedals for myself and my daughter on my first scooter and now with the addition of mirrors and splash guards, it resembles a Harley!, but at a much more affordable price and is excellent for leisure! I strongly recommend it to all teenagers and adults who ride it responsibly! Thank you again for the great product and support after sale!

I never write reviews and I hate doing this but Im really really upset!!! Ive done a lot of research on scooters over the last month. I really thought this would be the best for me. Picked it up from FedEx had holes in the box, huge dent in the deck and scratched up. Some screws are stripped, and I feel like I bought a used scooter. Has scratches all below the handle bars on the bar that folds down. Very upset!!! I really thought after buying the Super Turbo 1000 Elite scooter that I would be really happy and satisfied. I am a mother to 3 kids that has a autoimmune disease thats only getting worse. I wanted to be able to ride in style with my kids and be able to get around with them when my knees wouldnt allow me to walk. Now Im a little worried that I got a used scooter. Scared Im going to have issues with this thing! Also I bought 4 accessories for it! Hill climbing kit, tail lights, bigger bag on back and rack. Also got the charging port. Anyways I dont think I recommend buying one from these people.

I wish I could give less than one star for customer service. The way they have the shipping set up with FedEx you must be willing to be on house arrest to have the scooter delivered.. I purchased the super 1300 lithium. The web site would not allow me to use my business credit card. I had to use a credit card that was linked to a home address. This means you have to be home to receive the scooter which would be fine if you dont work for a living. Because of the restrictions they have placed on FedEx. You cant have the scooter left at the local Fedex so that it can be picked up yourself not only that Fedex can not even tell you if the delivery will be morning or afternoon. I have had to bring in another employee to cover while I sit waiting at home for Fedex. Much more expensive than buying on Amazon and paying for shipping. I guess you get what you pay for. There free shipping is not free if you figure in the cost of wasted time and money. I will never buy from them again!

I will always write a review for either good or bad service/ customer service! These guys are hands down the WORST!!!! We got into town in Saturday afternoon rented the scooter by 5 pm by 6 pm we had a flat tire (unknowingly ran over a fish hook) well guess what... they close at 6pm on Saturday and dont reopen again until Monday at 11am! So according to their contract you are to return the scooter right away in the event of a problem with the scooter. Well so we had no way to get them to repair the scooter or replace it for almost 48 hours and at no point did they offer to allow us to keep the scooter an extra day to recoup the time lost! I would have gladly paid a flat tire fee to have it repaired in a timely manner but that too isnt an option! Morale of the story is dont rent from these bums! They are also rude and ignorant when even trying to ask why they wouldnt even offer an extra day or any kind of refund!
