We have not even had our furniture for a year and already pieces have broken. It should not take a week to hear back from SOMEONE when it is in regards to something that is broken and that I have a warranty on

Refreshing to have this new place as an option in the Roanoke Valley. Same day delivery at warehouse prices. The same Sofa Sectionals are 10-20% less then Schewells or Grande. Non high pressure sales environment made my experience a must return for future purchases.
