First, let me say I was impressed with the appearance of the gallery. My boyfriend and I went in to browse and saw a beautiful oak claw foot dining table and chairs advertised as authentic, from the 1800s. Although I felt something may be amiss because the gentleman who sold it to us was insistent of its age and claiming antique dealers could easily sell it for 2000.00. They seemed anxious to sell it and "because it was our first time in the shop" knocked off 200.00. Well when we got it home, upon further inspection, noticed the new bolts and wood under the table, we soon discovered this was indeed a new piece, circa 1970. Disappointed, I called the shop and the lady said they were told it was antique. I explained to her I would keep it but would like to talk to the owner of the piece. She said Bill wasnt available but would call me the following day. I called a couple days later hearing the same story. Here it is 2 weeks later, no return phone call, that is very unprofessional and for that reason, I will never return to the shop. False advertising and shoddy customer service spells BAD business practices!

This place is a goldmine! I found a lovely wooden crib for my baby. It rocks smoothly and has a very cute mobile of different barn animals. Its very rustic! However, I only gave the Used Furniture Gallery a 4 out of 5 stars because it does seem to be uncomfortable for my baby, as he is having some trouble sleeping throughout the night. He screams and cries and sounds like he is talking in tongues! One night I went to check on him and a large cloaked man was holding him above the crib, but disappeared when I turned the lights on in the room! I went back to return it but they said they that they didnt want it back. But I did find a really neat picture frame that they were able to give me a discount on.

Used Furniture Gallery is the only furniture store the world should be shopping in. The prices for the coolest, retro pieces are unbelievably low. I recently purchased a fantastic green sofa, as I am redesigning my living space. Sales associate Leila went above and beyond and helped me choose all kinds of items to match. She was friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable about how to transform a tiny space. I recommend everyone seek her out if you stop by this gem in Pittsburgh. :-)

This business is very customer oriented and friendly. I called in to get information on how to sell a few of my antiques and the lady on the phone was very helpful! She provided me with an email address where I can send the pictures of my antiques which is very convenient so that I do not have to bring all of them into the store to sell. If you want to sell antiques they make the process very easy for you!

They have a decent variety of furniture. The displays are very pretty and sets are available. Additionally, they have a nice selection of out the door pricing for nice, lingering furniture in the back. They are quite accommodating for pricing and selection. I dont think they deliver. The "no credit needed" signs were a little off putting. All in all, seems like a decent place.

Used Furniture Gallery is awesome! They have high end vintage furniture, and the store is decorated beautifully! The one sales associate was very helpful, she even gave me great interior design ideas for my living room. I will definitely be returning soon.
