Product was good but service was terrible , short manager lady was very rude and disrespectful, went in and bought 4 chairs and a bench but it had to be shipped... So a few weeks later when we went to pick it up she forgot to place the order with the bench and only got the 4 chairs and we called her out on it and she was very rude and bossy and said " me, no definitely not me I did not mess up " and was stuck up and put her self before costumers

I bought these curtains about 2 years ago where I live in Portland, OR. We have since moved and now I was really wanting one more set. I called the Pier 1 headquarters and they said there were two left in the nation at this store. I called and Bridget found the last two panels in the nation for me and is shipping them out. This is an awesome example of the amazing customer service you get from Pier 1. Thank you Bridget! You are a life saver!
