The sales staff is excellent; not pushy but helpful in every sense. I was beyond pleased with the furniture and the service. Once ordered it arrived in a timely fashion. The delivery personnel were equal in excellence to the sales staff. My experience here was significantly better than my previous experience at Crate and Barrel! Undoubtedly I will return to Room Concepts in the future. I suggest you visit there if you desire quality furniture and service. Happy shopping!!

Their prices are higher than most competitors, but their quality is also generally superior. However, their service is wholly lacking. Don’t count on delivery times at all. Their business strategy is a classic example of over-promising and under-delivering. They are completely unapologetic when they fail to meet their promises. If you are looking for honest and timely service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
