Not impressed. My wife and I visited this store to try and get an idea of what might be available for a recliner. We clearly (and repeatedly) stated to the salesperson that we were NOT going to be making a purchase that day. Yet, that salesperson pushed extremely hard for a same-day sale. It was like visiting a used car lot. When we finally left (without making a purchase), they salesperson acted as if we somehow wronged her for not making a purchase. As for the recliners, most were quite comfortable, but I have a problem making a large expensive purchase when the salesperson claims it "should last 20 years", but the warranty is only for 1 year.

The first visit was like going to a car lot. Sharks came out, and when I said we were just going to look around..they seemed deaf and dumb to that request. Instead, another female (Lori) came over and never left us alone. She pressed her own opinions on us and even butted in to my conversation with my friend. She was too pushy. Second visit was a little better seeing as we were not dealing with her, but Danielle instead. However, she did eventually find her way over to us to once again butt in with her opinion on how SHE likes things. I wont buy my furniture here. Way too much being hassled.

I didnt find any of the issues the other folks found. The staff was polite and attentive, informative, and not pushy. We ordered our furniture (a sofa and chair) and the salesperson even mentioned to us that we should look it over carefully when it was delivered, and that we had the right to refuse it if there was anything wrong. Last Saturday, we had our furniture delivered on time, and the deliverymen were polite and efficient. Our furniture looks great...the only problem is our dog has claimed the chair for her own.

The sales staff was very polite and helpful. They spent a considerable amount of time helping us choose the right furniture for us. They also have a pretty wide selection of sofas,chairs, and other miscellaneous furniture. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. Received a damaged sofa & has been like pulling teeth to get it replaced. No resolution. I have to badger them & never get return calls.
