Worst service I ever had in my life will never shop here again not even for a furniture give away. Let me be honest I always shop at rooms to go but my daughters really wanted a bed they liked from this place. Next time they will just have to figure it out elsewhere BC Badcock just is out of the question the service sucks and they sale furniture without checking there stock. They took my money in a hurry and are taking there time with my already paid for merchadise. I hate this place I got furniture from two other furniture stores I received my things promptly and at my convience but my daughters beds are still a no go. I am irate and will not take another delay in receiving my stuff. Its a shame that they dont even care that they screwed up. They act as if its my fault with the way they talk to you. No customer service skills and no empathy equals bad service. Why cant you all do your jobs right? And treat me the way you want to be treated. Its bad that I already paid for my stuff and I am not being treated like a valued customer. Its not my fault yall didnt deliver and now all I ask is that its delivered at 3 BC I have to work August 12th and yall say it cant be changed. Well when I wanted and needed my things I didnt want it changed you all changed it BC yall didnt have it after confirming with me. I have a job too I am pissed off!! I am a supervisor on my job its demanding I cant just up and leave BC yall didnt do right the first time around. Its sad when you spend your money and folks take your money and then think they can treat you any kind of way after they make there little comission Its not right. And corporate needs to do more then give a 1 800 number to voice a concern they need to go to this location and do some training.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL TAKE IT HAPPILY IN THE STORE AND THEN SEND OUT DAMAGED FURNITURE. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE LOOK LIKE THEY JUST GOT OUT OF BED FROM A LONG DRINKING BINGE. SHIRTS UNTUCKED BAD ATTITUDES AND ALL. I CALLED THE STORE AND THE STORE SAID TOO BAD. THEN I WAS ON HOLD WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN FLORIDA. THAT WAS 30 MINUTES OF MY DAY I WILL NEVER GET BACK. AND TOLD WE HAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL GET A CHECK SOMETIME WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS OR SO. THE ATTITUDE OF THESE PEOPLE IS ATROCIOUS. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN ITS SCREW YOU WE HAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOU CAN TAKE THIS CRAP FURNITURE WE SELL OR WE KEEP YOUR MONEY. I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL AND MANAGED SEVERAL PEOPLE FOR YEARS. IT LOOKS LIKE THE COMPANY NEEDS TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES. WITH SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE. AND CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THE ISSUE THEY ARE HAVING. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER YET THE MOTTO FOR THE COMPANY FROME THE FOUNDING OWNER IS " TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT " AND " WE WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT " . I GUESS THEY LOST THAT FACT. BE WARNED. IT WILL NOT BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I definitely would not go to the West Ashley location to do business. The saleswoman Sheena, was very rude and lacked any custom service skills. I went in to pay off my account, asked if once that was done if my same credit limit would be available to which she answered yes, definitely. I preceded to look at bedroom furniture, waiting over 30 min for her to come back to ask me if I needed assistance. Once I chose my furniture and she came back with total I was then told that my terns were different. Ok fine, I asked my total due, she preceded to tell me and I then realized she added mattresses, which we did not discuss, and dresser, which we also did not discuss. One that issue was remedied I paid what was do. I was nother called to be told item had arrived and when I called to check on it I got Sheena again, to which my questions were answered with short and rude responses. Sheena needs a lesson in customer service.

My relationship with Badcock, in general, spans over thirty years. Specifically, I have had a relationship with the Lake Worth, FL store on South Dixie Hwy., then now with the Charleston, SC, Sam Rittenberg Blvd. store. At first things were bumpy with defective chairs the had to be exchanged-- four in a row, spanning six months-- but now everything has stabilized and from the start I have built a great rapport with the managers and Sheena, the salesperson who has known me throughout my Charleston experience. I have a disability and cannot go to the store any more, physically, like I was able to when I lived on Sam Rittenberg. So the staff and I came up with ways to overcome that obstacle in terms of ID submission. There is only one real fault they have: their delivery charges are horrendous! Overall, however, my experience is magnificent!
