Walmart Supercenter sucks on tire replacement. Last year bought tires, told them to put 10ply tires on. They put 4 ply tires. I questioned why trend of tire was so thin on tire. They told me thats how they make tires now day. I paid for 10 ply tires. I came back with broken belt in one tire so they replace with another 4 ply tire (not what I actually paid for the 10 ply tire). Same thing happened to another tire, I made them replace with proper size tire for my truck a 10 ply and other front tires are doing same thing. They deliberately put wrong size tired on my car and tried pushing off 4 ply tires again. These 4 ply tires are blowing out on my vehicle and it is Walmarts mechanics fault because they put wrong tires on my truck. Also, after second 4 ply tire was replaced with a 10 ply tire (at my expense with road hazard $130+/- with oil change and headlight put in) there tire mechanic left my spare tires hang down 2 inches off ground when I left the store, I put up my tire tool that was left out in truck thinking that mechanic forgot to put it up in its package. Two days later my mother found the tire dangling 2 inches from the ground in her driveway in Pangburn as I was leaving to go back to Searcy. She flagged me down. I stopped. My Mom and I put the spare back up where it should be under the truck. Trailer hitch wires were ripped out by swing spare and it blow my head lights because their crew didnt check there work. Mr. Fitts told me that his mechanic was a good mechanic and the camera would show that he did good work. Well I was going to buy another tire that day, but after that mechanics good work debut. And wonderful care that I received when I bought it back. They didnt check to see if my tires were on properly, they didnt care to put my car up on the rack to see if spare tire was up right after it had been driven about 80+ miles with bouncing dangling spare two inches off the ground. Walmart didnt care what they tore up on my truck. Thank you very much Mr. Fitts for your great mechanics (the two that worked on my car that have perfect work ethic). I have talked to Mr. Fitts and nothing was resolved. I have more damage since talking to him and his Auto Shop Manager. Maria Fowler

Called the Rx by using the # on the bottle that was filled there on Monday, and the # on the bottle has a recording that the number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. I get online and look for the # and called the main line and worked my way through the prompts. Got to a woman who did not give her name when answering, only saying that she was a Pharmacy Tech. The woman on the phone was a blabbering idiot! When I told her that I needed the script filled before I left for home in the morning due to medication of that family is NOT transferable over state lines, and she told me that I was wrong and sorely misinformed. My son who is on several medications of that kind is 5, and he has been on these meds for a long time, and I know for a fact since I talk to pharmacies at least 2 or 3 times a week what is and is not transferable and able to be shipped across state lines. Then I told her that there was a refill for the script i needed. She said that there was no refills. I told her that the doctor wrote it for 1 refill, and that their bottle was wrong and the doctor actually called them earlier to verify that there was supposed to be a refill there. She then told me to wait and she put me on hold. She came back and said that this script was a transfer and that the refill was already picked up. I told her that the script was written on Monday, on a piece of paper that I handed them at the Rx on Monday afternoon, and therefore there was NO TRANSFER! She said: "Oh wait I am looking at someone elses information." Finally she said to me that the refill is being processed and I can get it whenever I can get in there, and then she hung up on me... It is not at all difficult to understand why people happily pay more to shop at Target! I will be returning home to Ohio tomorrow and that cannot come soon enough!

They would not return the items I bought from this store. It was only thirty dollars of items. They said used coupons to buy them and I simply wanted my coupons back. They said they already sent them off. That is theft and this store should be shut down. That is also against Arkansas refund and exchange LAWS and Walmart corporate policy. They also tried to edit the actual corporate policy and state that final decision is up to the store manager. That is not actually part of the corporate policy.

It wasnt too bad other than not being able to find an electric cart when we got here. I had a total knee replacement less than 3 weeks ago so Im still unsteady on my feet. My husband found a pre-teen boy riding around on one outside and told him if he didnt need it then I could really use it. The boy gave it to me but I know from experience he didnt have to. Wal Mart either needs to get more of these carts or change the rules on them

This Supercenter on the Kansas side side of town is really a good place. It has Garden Center Auto Center Pharmacy and vision center. If you need anything it is a good place to get stuff. The only thing I dont like about this Walmart or maybe even Walmart in general is that the selection of clothing is not very good or the price is too high for what you get. Other than that Id give Walmart a try.

Walmart normally has what you need or are looking for, however it is a rare time when an employee is friendly or willing to help. The cashiers are normally friendly and do well. Its ok, cause thats just what it is nothing above and beyond but a decent place to buy stuff, I typically buy fresh produce and meat at a different store though.

This Walmart is better than most Ive been in. Ive never had a negative experience here. My daughter lives in Maumelle and my experience at that Walmart was much less than just ok. Searcy Walmart is clean and organized .In my view, the associates seemed to be friendly and helpful.

Jeremy was very helpful (Yard Jockey), I was having trouble with my freightliner and after a little while I was running out of options he stepped in and helped me out with my truck just in time. Thankfully I got out of loading dock safely. Thank you Jeremy you saved my day!!!

This is is a large Wal-Mart. Garden center and automotive center on premise. Optical and hair salon as well. Their produce department and baked goods are wonderful, the rest of the store is just a typical overstocked Wal-Mart. Parking lot is always a hot mess!

Good prices for the location, but the staff needs some better people skills, and the Bakery definitely needs to get with it on cake orders, will not order cakes from them again. But the rest of the store (price wise) was ok
