If you looking for a new cell phone this the absolute best place to go! They go above and beyond to make sure you understand and know how to operate your phone. They actually take the time and effort to answer questions unlike best buy they dont just want to sell you a phone and get you out the door as soon as possible. They also install screen protectors for free unlike walmart and best buy. I highly reccomend!

Awful customer service. Tried to write an awful review on yelp but their phones in store didnt even have the app. There was an employee just sitting there doing nothing while we waited in line for 20 minutes. Will not be returning to this store

Employees too busy hanging out.. They didnt even know that they had handheld microscopes the whole store has pretty much turned into a cheap cell phone store. The prices were also fairly expensive for the cheap items I purchased

Its RadioShack. Low quality electronics and never a good selection on electronic parts. The one thing they now have is a big selection on mobile/cell phones!
