I have been shopping at this game stop for at least 3 years now. An in all three years they have been selling me junk, I bought two gaming systems ps3 an a xbox one an both have been freezing in the first two hours I played them. An couple time I came there an it smells like pot. Rude assholes !!!!

The Game Stop in West Plains is bigger than most of the others Ive visited. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the newest games for my kids. They keep me informed about upcoming games and game consoles. Ive been to other Game Stops and ours is the best!

I like the people there and the selection is good. I dont like the prices or the trade in values. They have sold me many games that dont read correctly and even sold me a Xbox one with a broken disc drive. I recommend going to game stash on the square.

Its okay. They rip you off on your trade ins. The employees are rude, sarcastic and treat you like a 3rd rate citizen. its gotten a little better. But not by much. Oh well, thats probably the best they can do.

Tried to take about 17 games and a newer console in they tried to give me 23 bucks and a used condom Ill always recommend games stash to my friends they even give a military discount unlike gamestop
