3 generations of my family have gladly done business with Archers and for 15 years they have taken care of ALL OF MY cellular needs. I had the worst customer service experience of my life that left me not only insulted, but without a phone today. The blonde sales associate acted like it was a pain to wait on me, she moved at a turtles pace, and never even attempted to smile. Her nails were sparkly but her personality was far from it. She could learn more than a few things from Jill, who has always offered the utmost impeccable service and has a delightful sunny disposition.

This store is worth driving to to get your phone if you are anywhere near. I split my time between St. Louis and Washington and there is no service at any USCellular outlet that Ive been in that compares with this store. Jill or someone else on the staff has fixed everything I ever needed and done it in a way to be as convenient as possible to me.

A small town business with a customer-centered staff. They go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied and has his/her needs met. They will even make arrangements to meet with you at the store outside of normal business hours. I highly recommend doing business with Archer.

Customer service is neither knowledgeable nor helpful. Their solution to your concerns is simply to pay to have a service guy come look at it. They seem to be very inconvenienced when you call to ask questions.
