I was in the market for a new xbox and stopped up the street at video game etc. They just kept giving me the run around so I walked out. I look down and saw GameStop and thought well while I was here why not. Walked in and was greeted instantly. I told them what I wanted and game me a fair deal for both of us. Not only that but they sold me a couple games that worked perfect for what I wanted. Fast forward 4 months later. My brand new xbox died. I called Microsoft and once again got the run around. So once again taking a slim chance I walked in and explained what was going on. 5 mins later I walked out with a brand new xbox one upgraded to the slim, got the battlefield edition, and another game. They went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am never showing at this Game Stop or any Game Stop again they took a lovely gift that I was buying for my spouse and instead sold me a game that did not even work because I told them I might save the gift for next month and they knew I would not be able to return it. They sold me a scam game they sold me a game that did not work and caused for my husband to come really depressed. Take your business anywhere else because this is a horrible store that cares about nothing about money they do not care if they sell you a good game or a bad I will never be coming back to this store and it is dirty. Why shop somewhere that is so awful trust me take your business elsewhere ! Game Stop= Scam Artists.

I purchased a used Xbox 360 from this location and not 4 months later it wont read any of my game discs all of sudden. Havent had it moved around at all it has always stayed in one location. Called this GameStop and talked to some guy that didnt know what he was doing in reguards to looking up my Xbox for my warrenty. After letting him do whatever he was doing to tell me he couldnt look it up he told me they would buy my Xbox back for $10. I told him that was bogus, he then told me in a snotty voice well, good luck. Then that was it. I will never be going back to this location for any reason. Do not go here people

Had a console stolen, have the policy report and serial numbers. Asked them to check and call the police (not tell me) if they had any information and they refused. They said it was for constitutional privacy reasons... sounds like code for Im too lazy Never shopping with them again.
