Worst service ever. Worst dealer ship ever. I will be contacting corporate ASAP. First I received a call saying they had an "approval" went in the said payment would be no more than $500 at $0 down for a 2017 Ford Escape due to "rebates". I test drove it & they ran there numbers. It came back at $2000 down and $600 a month. After saying no it went to $1500 down. After saying no it went to okay $1000 down. After saying no it magically went down to $500. They had ran my credit so much it dropped 60 points leaving no choice but now to buy a car from them with the approval they had. So I called them on a Tuesday and said I would do it if they could get monthly payment down. Juan or Jose was working on it. And said he got it down. I informed I had to work and would be in on Friday. They called back and said can u come in now since Juan worked it and wants to do the deal tonight because hes off tomorrow . Who says that to a customer? I went in the next day and my salesman harry said Juan was uspset because the major"boss" made him come in today to do the deal. I never met Juan. He never spoke with me. Never greeted me nor shook my hand. Why would he be mad at me. After signing my paper work the guy who handles customer service/relations &/feed back came over I informed him how harry said Juan was mad and how that was unprofessional. The guy tried to offer me a few free oil changes lol. I never got my second car key. Someone lost it. They had to re order it. They found yet I still dont have it. Worst dealer ship ever. No incentives. No nothing.

Buyers BEWARE! Know exactly what you want or you will be in the hurt locker when you realize what they are doing to you right in front of you. If you know you are not great at reading people, come with someone who is and protect yourself. Theyll put 5 different people in front of you to throw you off your game. One person says one thing, another person follows it up, and by the third and fourth person they sit you in front of, everything is twisted. Pay very close attention to the words and how they are being twisted. Verify everything on paper with what is being said compared to what you actually want. I guarantee you that it wont match. Long story short, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted before we ended up leaving with nothing. They offered to sell me the Ford Voice Navigation system ($1600), and even met me half way ($800) come to find out all along they were going to install an aftermarket navigation system. LET ME BE CLEAR! They wanted me to pay the price of a factory Ford navigation system, but then only install an aftermarket navigation system they couldnt even tell what brand it was going to be until they bought it. This is how they trick you into getting the money back they are offering in "discounts". We thought we had a great deal. Thanks to our discipline in paying attention to the details, we avoided what would have been an even more frustrating situation. This post is not coming down.

Gillespie Ford Reviews What a wonderful experience! When it comes to professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the distance to work with you Gillespie Ford is far above the rest. Prior to my lease my wife got her Ford serviced at Gillepsie Ford, and she said that they were "very nice to her." Being that this is rare for her to comment that I chose to explore my options for my new truck with Gillespie. My sales associate Chris Einterz was was genuine, knowledgeable, and courteous from the time we met. He understood that in todays economy every dollar counts, and did everything in his power to illustrate all my options that addressed my needs while still getting what I wanted in my new truck. Thanks to Chris, I realized leasing a vehicle was a far better option for my lifestyle than purchasing. Its good to know that a local business understands its community and cares about its customers. The final stage of my lease was having the pleasure to meet Mr. Tom Roufus! His title is customer service relations, and thats what Tom is there to do. He ensured that my experience was nothing less than excellent, and all my questions were answered, and that some extra options I wanted were done in a timely manner. I purchased Fords at multiple dealerships in Hawaii and Florida, and Ive never recommended a dealership till now. I Hope this helps.

WARNING !!!!!! *Do NOT let them service your vehicle!!! *Do NOT purchase their "special" where you prepay for 4 oil/and inspections because its not worth it based on their work! Heres why... 1) Service writers that will try to sell you on any problem but not correctly address or point out any true problems with your vehicle. 2) Technicians that will NOT do the job they are paid to do and pencil whip and falsify the paperwork report for your car and tell you that they checked everything! (I have the paperwork to prove it) 3) Unprofessional management that pretends to sympathize with you when you bring the problem to their attention then dismisse you not giving a damn about the problem!! Sadly I fell for their package special and prepaid for the 4 oil services... EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive gone back after their service and checked my vehicle and realized they ither did crap for work and/or failure to point out something critical on the service report or entirely did not do aspects of the service!!! Ever since this became Gillespie Ford Ive had constant issues with their service department in just getting and oil change with the multi-point inspection, before that I never had any problems and was quite satisfied! Now, incredibly DISSATISFIED!

We have purchased three cars from Gillespie Ford. My first Mustang over 10 years ago, my daughters first car purchase, and we just purchased a Ford Escape yesterday. All the times we have gone they have made buying a car easy and as pain free as possible. The last two times we have gone, Kyle wade has been our Sales person. I dont think we will ever use anyone else. He is genuinely a nice man who looks out for your best interest. Every time we go he makes you feel comfortable. He asks what you want and then he truly listens to what you have to say. You loose that cringing feeling you get when you go to a car dealership. He is not like other sales people. If you need a car, and want a great experience go to Gillespie Ford, and ask for Kyle Wade. It will be the first step in making a good car purchase. I am positive that you to will make Kyle Wade a friend of your family! One more thing Kyle is not the only person you will deal with when purchasing a car so I wanted to do a shout out to Shane Adams, and Juan Gaona as well. They are their finance guys!! They to will treat you like humans and not just another sale. They are refreshingly honest. It shocks me every time of how high they pride themselves on their integrity.

I bought a car from the previous dealership and continued to bring in the car for service because of Chris in the Service Dept. Gillespie bought the dealership and I am pleased to see that Mike G. saw the value in Chris. On my last service visit I met Mike Gillespie. He did not tell me who he was but was very friendly. Long story short Mike had a car in mind for me and with his salesman Kyle Wade were able to get the financing were I wanted it to be and to make sure I like the car drove it to my work 20 min from the dealership for approval. Definitely the easiest way to buy a car without that long drawn out all day experience that everyone hates being in the dealership. Mike and Kyle called me by phone but the calls were quick and it was basically me saying yes or no. I now have a Ford Edge that I love and for service I still have Chris that I know will take care of my car. If you go in and you are not happy with your salesperson just yell out Mike Gillespie name and trust me he will hear you. Seriously just ask for him and I am sure you will be more than pleased with him or Kyle with answering all of your questions. Finance Department with Shane was also quick - in and out 30 min.
