This was sent to Ashley Allen and Casey Wright in response to an email from them, of course they havent responded. Although they continue to send marketing emails. Just wanted to respond to let you know we had an Infiniti delivered to us last night. Never could get the information we needed from you guys about the Cadillacs we were interested in so we stopped looking at them. My wife test drove the vehicle several times over the last few years, drove the car we liked at Bullard and verified on your web site which vehicle she wanted to buy. Went in with checkbook in hand last week (9/19) to purchase the vehicle, a QX60. Talked with a salesperson, let him know which vehicle we wanted to purchase and asked for a quote. The quote was basically full retail take it or leave it. The sales manager said you guys dont discount them because you pay MSRP as your invoice price (Like KBB, Edmonds, NADA, TrueCar and Google dont even exist.) Also got quoted a money factor of .00095 from you guys. So I left the dealership and hit the internet. Herrin Gear had the same vehicle Bullard had. They made us a deal with a nice discount on the two vehicles we were interested in, got back to us quickly with the information we needed and gave us a money factor of .00040. Since this is an Infiniti lease, the padding on the money factor you guys quoted was simply additional dealer profit, which I guess you guys figured I wouldnt research. Their fees and service charges were less than half what you guys quoted. When I inquired about adding a trailer hitch at Bullard, you guys quoted $1,100. Which was the $510 cost of the hitch plus several hours of labor. I asked if you would be willing to do it for the factory price to earn the business. Your response...No. Herrin Gear did it for $510, which is the factory installed cost. They delivered the vehicle to me last night here in Mobile. No charge. We handled all the paperwork in about 10 minutes. Far less time than it took each time I tried to get a reasonable quote from your Sales Manager in the dealership. I have always been willing to pay extra to buy local, but the additional cost to buy local in this case was more than $7,000. I didnt appreciate being treated like some county fair mark whose pockets were ripe for the picking. The sales manager really let your salesperson and the dealership down. I have a 20+ year career as a salesperson, Sales Manager, Internet Marketing Consultant and I am actually embarrassed for your owner. Social media and the internet are going to be Herrin Gears friend in this transaction. Be sure to hit Google in a few days.

Went to dealership early Tuesday morning traveling from Florida to search for Infiniti QX56/QX80. Horrible experience! Arrived there at 10:45. Test drove one car about 15 minutes after arrival. Ask to test drive another car (keep in mind when I called to make the appointment, the cars we were interested in viewing were suppose to be ready for our appointment for test drive--so we were told). It took TWO HOURS for them to locate the other car! TWO HOURS. We drove to another dealership where they thought it would be...surprise it was not there. Went back to original dealership and sat another 40 minutes waiting. Only to find it was being "worked on" and completely broken down. Could not even be driven. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTMENT! To this end, it was COMPLETELY disrespectful of our time and energy. We were completely ready to walk out of with a car, by any means. Finally, after another 35 minutes of the seller "getting the numbers" we had to just get up and walk out. It was not 1:30pm and we WASTED OUR ENTIRE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to other appointments barely that day. Maybe that was their intention. I would NOT purchase a car from them even if it was $1.00 for the matter of principal! Next time respect your customers time, investment, and energy!!!!!! Ron was our "sales" person. Nice person in general I am sure, but horrible judgment and sales person. Oh, on the first truck we looked at and sat down to discuss pricing. Dealer was also not willing to negotiate on a price. AT ALL. Would not even meet us in between. Basically said not, this is all we can offer because the "internet" price is the best price. WTH. I have never purchased a car from a "dealership" and the advertised price was their "best they could do". I would NEVER go back to this dealership if my life depended on it!

I feel like they were trying to rip me off. Car wouldnt start for days I got towed in and they tell me its the timing chain and it will be 2500 which I refuse to pay for that car. They did something to make it crank and I drove it home and have been driving it since. I have spoken to several shops and they all tell me if the timing chain is loose or whatever is wrong with it then it wouldnt not crank for days then all of a sudden start back cranking up every time. That couldnt have been why my car wasnt cranking. Also, I got a computer installed last year and they forgot to program the traction control and told me to bring it back on a sat so they could fix. I never had the Tim as I am a truck driver and while Im there I show card saying it would be fixed for free and they tell me it cant be programmed until the timing chain is fixed which Im told is a load of bull and they could have done it as one has nothing to do with the other. Highly upset will be speaking with management about this!!! I had no signs of a timing chain going out as they all told me I would have some kind of warning sign like rattling or at least a check engine light which I had none car drove perfect. Now when I drive it since I left your shop Ive noticed sometimes Im smelling like something is burning which car was not doing prior to.

HIGHLY disappointed in Joe Bullard! I purchased a used vehicle in August, 2015 and already Im having problems. Upon receiving the service records from another dealership, (they CLAIM they changed systems couldnt give it to me) I then discovered that my car has been having the same problems Im having now since the previous owner has had it. Im more than sure that the salesperson and dealership knew this when I purchased the vehicle because the previous owner serviced the vehicle at Joe Bullard. Im now having to deal with a problematic vehicle THANKS to Joe Bullard. I agree with a previous writer who stated that apparently Joe Bullard has a lot of trickery with them. I initially thought they cared, but now that Im experiencing this drama AND knowing they knew this, it just showed me what type of people Im really dealing with. I will shout to the world and on social media......DO NOT go to JOE BULLARD INFINITI of Mobile, Alabama!!!!!!!!!

I never received a call on the status of the vehicle the day I dropped the vehicle off for repairs. I had to call Robby (sold me the vehicle) at Acura to get an update. I left a message for Christian asking the status & didnt hear from him until late the next day. When picking the vehicle up I notice my sun blocker screen visor (for my baby) had been broke. I asked about it & Christian had no clue. He said I can buy another one & bring in the receipt after he knew I wasnt pleased. I love Joe Bullard Acura & experienced great service from all the staff there. Cadillac on other hand is the complete opposite. Staff members I dealt with for customer service, loaner vehicle & service seemed to have better things to do than to help me.
