**UPDATE** 4/13 Its really as if no one is capable of following through. I spoke with Keith Shepard on the 5th. He informed me that the needed documents would be sent out that day or the next. Lo and behold, 8 days later I still havent received said documents. Maybe the pigeon got lost. **UPDATE** 3/21 Even after being instructed to call the GM (see below), Im still having the same issues. These guys are VERY poor with communication. I have left numerous messages with the GM and Keith Shepherd. Its like for every 10 calls Ive made Ive gotten 1 response. Mind you, this vehicle was purchased 12/15/2017. My goal was to register my vehicle. I have done EVERYTHING I know to do on my end. Ive gone to the DMV, to the lien holder and to the dealer. Everyone seems to be waiting on Autonation. Im really not sure what I need to do. Hopefully I wont get ticketed for driving an expired, unregistered vehicle because this will only get worse! I’m happy with the price I’ve paid but the services rendered have left a poor taste in my mouth. After researching cars in a 500 mile radius of my location, I discovered that this dealership had exactly what I wanted. I left work half a day early and drove 3 hours south to the dealership. Once I arrived, I saw the car did not match what was advertised in the photos online. The rims were different and I was told that it may have been the lighting. I’m sure I can tell the difference between dark colored rims in the day (the photo) and chrome wheels that were now being shown to me. Thankfully they agreed to change the wheels. The unfortunate part here is that I had to be at work the very next morning so I would have to leave my car at the dealership. Since this was during the holiday season, I had already made plans to travel so my car would be there for a couple of weeks before I would be able to pick it up. Before leaving the dealership, I asked the sales associate to have my car detailed before picking it up since I had work boots on in the passenger location. While signing the paper work for the car, I notice that mileage stated on the website was off by over 400 miles. The car wasnt exactly "brand new" if it had that many miles on it. The price I would be paying was still pretty good but I thought that was somewhat dishonest. Over the holidays, I did plenty of research for upgrades to my vehicle. I contacted the sales associate to see if it were possible to find anyone in the area who would be able to install a cold air intake. I figured I could have this done while my car was sitting at the dealership. The sales associate agreed that he would find me someone and get back to me. After a few weeks I inform the sales associates that I’ll be stopping by later in the day to pick up my vehicle. Mind you I was somewhere in Texas, several hours out driving towards Mobile. Once I finally arrived I was told that they were wrapping up the detail of my vehicle. I was initially told I could get gap coverage later since I wasnt driving the car yet but upon returning I was told it was too late. Finally, I received my car and drove through the night back to my final destination. Upon looking at my car the following day, I noticed that the detailing was pretty poor. I also noticed a scratch on the passenger side of the car. I’m sure it could have happened anywhere but I drove my car home and arrive around midnight. I left for work the following morning around 6 AM. It was a slow work week since it was right before the New Year so no one was really on site. I also noticed that the temporary tag on my car was set to expire in a week’s time. Everyone was aware that I wasn’t going to drive the car until much later in the month so I’m not really sure why no one thought to give me a little more time to register the vehicle. Speaking of, I didn’t get much help in regards to helping me to register the vehicle. I feel like once the guys got my business they were done. I’m still waiting on the phone call for my cold air intake.

Took me Three weeks to get vehicle into service for same issue since I bought the vehicle. Brought my vehicle in at 7 am, for the 3rd time, for the same issue plus added the wiring harness they installed did not work. They kept it over night to decide what to do about the wiring harness. When I arrived at 12:30 pm the next day to check on it and pick up, they had not decided anything about the 3rd party wiring harness. Then decided I needed to take it to UHAL for them to fix, I did not get it from them the dealer did at time of purchase! They were going to order a new part to fix the original problem and call to let me know when it arrives and I can bring the vehicle in to have it repaired. Drove away with a rattling from front driver side, take it back, they check and tell me my rim is bent, because they moved it from the back to front is why its making noise. Should have told me before I left! A customer service rep called to see how my experience was. Not good but also said the service guy was nice and all, just did not follow thru on promises made. A manager will call you...No Call. No one called to let me know the part was in. I called a week later and was transferred to a voice mail. Left message, no one called me back. I called a week later and spoke with a very nice lady in service dept. She was going to re-order the part because I never brought the vehicle in they sent it back. I asked if someone was gonna call me when it came in...Oh Yes we will call you. NO Call. Called back a week later to check on part, transferred to voice mail left a message...NO CALL! Called back a week later and I was transferred to the dept that gets this part. Nice guy answers and takes my name and number to check on what is going on. NO CALL. I call a week later and ask to speak to manager Shay. Get transferred to voice mail, leave message, NO CALL! Three days latter call and ask to speak with SHAY. He is test driving a vehicle leave name and number with nice lady in Service Dept.....you guessed it.....NO CALL!!!!!! Should not have complained, now Im being black listed and no one is gonna work with me on their issues instead of trying to resolve the matter with great customer service! Beyond aggravated. Called another dealer, Chris Myers, they are gonna get me in this Saturday and hopefully fix it! We shall see. So if you go here and have service dept issues, keep them to yourself, or youll have to look elsewhere for service!

We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep from this dealership and we were very disappointed with how sloppily business was conducted. All was fine up to negotiating the deal. Our bank, USAA, has an agreement with the dealership and lists them as a "certified dealer." Through this program the dealership offers a discount off the final negotiated price with the appropriate paperwork. We presented the paperwork and the employee working the deal acted knowledgeable and assured us he would put the paperwork in our "file." They would not come down at all off of the list price of the vehicle and only moved up $500 on our trade-in after giving us an insulting first offer (they knew we were there to buy and took advantage of that). We spoke about what our downpayment would be and then headed to the finance office to sign paperwork. The downpayment was lost in translation, and the paperwork had to be rewritten to include it. What we did not catch was that the USAA discount had not been applied. The employee who was working the deal was apparently ignorant of the entire discount process and didnt bother to look into it. We were only given one key fob and told if they didnt find the other one we could purchase one from them at "cost." After calling them repeatedly and getting nowhere I called the agency who works with the "certified dealers" and the dealership, after saying they didnt have the paperwork we gave them, eventually agreed to give us less than half of the original discount and program a used key fob they had lying around and send it to us (still waiting on the check for the discount). After leaving the dealership (we live in florida about 1hr away) I went to the back of the vehicle and discovered that they hadnt given us any temporary tags, only a dealership logo plate. Called them and they said they could get one to us in 4-5 days due to the weekend, but the "logo should be fine until then." Also less than a week after buying the vehicle we noticed a burned out daytime running light (probably didnt burn out in the 4 days we had the vehicle). Now, over two weeks after the purchase date, we are still waiting for the title to be sent to the address we provided them and for the check for less than half of the original discount to arrive. We ended up with a nice vehicle, but probably could have purchased elsewhere with A LOT less hassle.
