Just bought my new KLR from Chris and Jeff over at Motoadventure. My extreme level of distrust of dealerships is now effectively shaken as this was hands down the best sales experience that I have ever had (or if luck has it ever will have). After having called every shop from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne, I knew how much these bikes were going for, and I knew it was a little out of my price range. But at Motoadventure they were beating all of the those shops with their out the door price (they have no fees- or any hidden costs). In fact they even were willing to work with me on the price- so much so that the out the door price was $600 lower than other shops. I now know that these guys practically lost money on my sale after all associated costs. Yet after the sale these guys were incredibly congenial and helpful. I was not regarded as a "completed sale." In fact Chris (a relative scholar in the field) spent a solid hour and a half walking around the bike teaching me everything from suspension system theory to how to adjust every conceivable component, to the details behind maintaining the bike myself. This is integrity pure and simple, they had no concrete reason to do this. When I dismayingly asked them (after all I wanted to continue believing all dealerships were crooked) why they didnt try to screw me over, they said simply that they were here to stay, and honesty is the best policy. So...as a summary these guys worked with me so much, I almost felt embarrassed for paying so little- so here I am trying to make it up... Buy here- you will not be disappointed!!!

Ive been going to motorcycle shops in the Loveland - Ft. Collins area for over 30 years and as of this summer 2010, MotoAdventure is now my favorite shop for parts and accessories (and Ive never even owned a Kawasaki, most of my bikes have been Hondas). It started when I bought a little used BMW out of state and began to customize it with accessories and custom mods. Jeremy the main parts guy gave me a deal on a new Shoei helmet he had to order, that even beat Internet prices which is unheard of. That got me hooked. Then Bruce the owner machined down a KTM axle cap nut I had brought in so it would fit on my BMW. He just went in the back a few minutes to his machine shop and reappeared with my problem solved! They sell SOLUTIONS! So you can walk in with some custom problem on your bike that just ordering a part wont fix, and they are willing and able to help you out. That is a rare shop indeed! Another time he helped me figure out how to stiffen up my floppy rear fender that was getting ripped off by my knobbies, and was willing to cut the parts for me as well for normal labor costs, though I did it myself. So... I cant speak to any prices on new bikes but their attitude is to just make you happy - it has that feel of a local neighborhood bike shop, not a corporate department store. Now if I need some service I may go to Rays or the dealer for my bike brand, but for all parts and accessories and custom stuff: Just ask and you shall receive, with a smile! Wow.

I love Moto Adventure. I moved to Loveland last summer. I stopped in a couple of times to look, and each time Jeff and Chris took their time with me, even though at the time I wasnt ready to buy. Jeff amazed me because he always remembered my name, the bike I was riding, where I had moved from, etc. When I needed some safety equipment, Jeff took his time to show me what was important, and really helped me make some good decisions. More recently, I got a great deal on a used bike from the guys, and I have never been happier. Jeff, Chris, and Jeremy have all been extremely helpful with maintenance questions, upgrades, exhaust and tuning questions, and safety. I love these guys!

AMAZING! i just bought a 2009 kawasaki Ninja ZX6R monster edition, by far the best buying experience Ive ever had buying from a dealership. This is the second bike I bought from these guys, they gave me a great deal on both motorcycles :) I highly recommend these guys to anybody looking to buy a motorcycle because theres no pressure, no extra hidden costs and the best deals! I have been to many other dealerships back when I was shopping around and none of them compare to the service and friendly atmosphere. Thanks Jeff and Chris and the whole team at Motoadventure for the wonderfull experience. Love you guys! :)

Purchased a new bike from these guys and I could not be happier! They were timely and quick to do a tune up on my old dirtbike so I could get it sold quickly. I immediately returned after selling my bike to purchase a new z125pro from these guys and they were absolutely great to work with. When it came time to pick up the bike, they were in the process of washing the bike when I got there and by the time all of the paper work was done, it was sitting out front ready to go. Cant say enough about these guys! If your looking for a kawasaki or anything else, make sure you give these guys a call!

Probably the best motorcycle shop I have ever been to when it comes to service, and I have been to a lot. I had a 1978 Suzuki JR50 that had not run in probably 25 years. Not only did MotoAdventure get it running again they worked through all the things that I screwed up when I was trying to get it going myself. This bike was literally buried in a pile of cow manure out at our farm when I found it and took an unbelievable amount of knowledge and patience to get it running again. Thanks to these guys my son and daughter will be able to have years of fun on this almost 40 year old bike!

I bought a bike here this spring, and have had it serviced twice. Even when I was just shopping around, there was no pressure and just fantastic customer service. These guys are down home, old school guys who get you what you need and are straight up. Its great to be in a bike shop thats not ramming attitude down your throat and where you feel very comfortable and at home. I will definitely buy another bike and continue service here. How lucky to have a great little shop not too far from home! If you live up north, THIS is the place to go. Thanks guys!!!

I have been a long time loyal customer. I have personally bought 4 bikes from the guys at Motoadventure and my husband has bought 1(yes, I am a motorcycle junkie). I have always gotten a great deal with no hidden fees and no BS.It actually seems like they WANT to sell you a bike and make you happy-how refreshing!. I have dealt with other dealers who do not seem to have these goals. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the service department is top notch.I will definatly be buying more bikes for myself and family at Motoadventure!
