Sales are service friendly and processional. Financing not so much. Started out with the purchase. Had to go back and pick up my bike as the finance paperwork was incorrect. Ok, things happen. Had my bike for almost 2 months, had not received my registration card. Called and spoke with finance and was told DMV rejected my paperwork and she had to resubmit it which she just happened to do do a week or 2 before this phone call. Again things happen. I called DMV to see if the bike was in the system and if I could go in a pay the registration. DMV stated they did not have the bike in the system and if the paperwork was rejected they would have a record of that in the system. So called financed back and explained what DMV stated. She stated that wasnt the case. She said she would mail out a new tag. Over a week later i still havent received my registration card or my new temp tag (mail should have taken 2 days at the most). My original tag expired yesterday and I cant ride my bike. So another call this morning. Im given more excuses. Im over it. If shes that busy, hire someone to help her. Poor customer service affects sales. When people see that I just bought my bike and ask about the experience with your company what do you think Im going to tell them?

Went to Hymark today to look at the new 350 and 450 EXCs. Ive never owned a brand new dirt bike and Im finally in a position to do so. I want to pick up a new bike before this weekend so I popped in on my lunch period. The gentleman who helped us was nice and professional. I asked to see the two bikes mentioned as I only saw 4 dirt bikes on the floor, none of which were the models I was seeking. He stated they have not built any and it would take a few days for them to get one ready to look at. Funny thing was I was told this same thing right before Christmas. KTM is arguably the best in the Enduro biz, so I was stunned to see none of their best models available to look at. The toss up was between the new Honda CRF450rx, a new Yamaha WR450 and a KTM 450 EXC-f. I was pretty much sold on the new Honda, but thought Id take one last look and throw my leg over the KTM before I made a decision tomorrow. Still cant believe I wasnt able to do that. It appears theyre more concerned with selling Polaris Side by Sides and Indian street bikes than anything KTM. Too bad theyre the only KTM dealers in town. Nice place though, especially if you want a side by side.

Hymark Motorsports in Pueblo needs an integrity check. They mislead their customers! I inquired on a Polaris 850 that was used and was told twice, once through verbal conversation and once through email that I would be able to finance at 2.99% for 36months by Brett Clough, a sales manager. Knowing that he was a sales manager, I figured he knew what he was talking about. I traveled down to Pueblo the following weekend to put a deposit on the quad and after I put a deposit down, they informed me that the lowest apr they could get me was 5.99%. At that point I told them they really need to straighten up their employees and took my deposit check back. Fortunately, the owner of the shop was there, but he did not apologize for his employees mistake. He tried to "give me a deal" on a new Polaris 850, but I found out from another atv dealer in Woodland Park that there is a hold on selling the new 850s due to a manufacturer recall. Dont go to Hymark Motorsports. Low customer service, lack of integrity. Not something I look for in a dealer.

Ridiculous establishment! I just bought a new 2014 KTM from them and couldnt wait to get the bike out the door and get the heck out of there. Made a deal on the bike and they forgot all about it when I returned to pick it up….good thing I had it in writing. Then I went to the parts department to pick up a couple oil filters for it and they didnt have any in stock and they didnt even know the new 450 XC-W had a different filter from 2013. I also asked the parts guy for a number plate for racing (the xc-w comes with a head light) so he opens his Tucker Rocky book and starts looking. I told him I want a factory KTM number plate. He proceeded to tell me I didnt want a KTM plate because they were twice the cost. I told him to forget the whole thing and ordered my KTM plate from the other dealership as for $24….one dollar cheaper than the Acerbis plate Hymark was trying to talk me into. This place could care less about customer satisfaction. I will never be back for anything.

I gave Hymark a poor review because I felt my problems were not being addressed. I was completely happy with my salesman, George, hes absolutely fantastic. My problems were with paperwork. I received a call almost immediately from the owner, Chuck Golinvaux. He apologized and stated he would take care of everything and hes done everything he said he would. He fixed my paperwork issues and communicated to me what the hold up was. He was always available when I had questions and he truly wanted my problems fixed. I was very impressed with how quickly he took ownership and was 100% accountable to me. He restored my faith in Hymark Motorsports and I am grateful for the individual attention he gave me when I really needed it. I love my Indian and I look forward to recommending Hymark and my salesman, George to anyone looking to do business with a dealership that really does care about their customers. THANK YOU CHUCK!!!!

I just purchased a 2016 Ural Gear Up from you a few weeks ago and brought it in for the 500 Km check up yesterday. It just had a misfiring issue and a couple of small issues. I just wanted to let you know that the technician who worked on it did a wonderful job. It is running like a different bike. I had a chance to talk to him for a few minutes and he really knows these bikes and was pleasant to talk to. I just wanted to let you know. I know in the retail business that a lot of correspondence can be negative so I wanted to let you know some good stuff. I really love this bike and enjoy riding it more than my other bikes. Thanks again and feel free to use this email on any of your social media. Take care, and safe riding.

Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Paid cash for a new KTM they "had in the warehouse". Turned out it took them 3 weeks to get it because they did a dealer trade and lied to me about it. Add 2 weeks for them to prep the bike and street legal, then they screwed up all of the DMV paperwork so I had to make 3 trips and meet with a manager to straighten it out. Took me 3 months to get the title, I paid cash for the bike. O, and be careful when you write them a check because they left the insurance charge hidden in my buyers order and overcharged me $900, had to go back to get my money back.
