I was extremely displeased with my visit into Sooner Indian. I went in to look at a used HD they had that looked very nice. The bike was outstanding, which is unfortunately where I can stop saying anything good about my visit. I was never approached by the sales staff to welcome me to the dealership nor was I asked if I needed help with anything. I approached the salesman and began to ask about the bike to which I was met with an attitude that seemed like I was bothering him with the question. I began to inquire about pricing and fees when I was informed of a $499 service fee that would be added to the price. He told me that was for them possibly having to service the bike. I asked if they did indeed serviced it since the bike only had 2,200 miles on it. He replied "well if it needed it we did." Funny, thats not a direct answer to my question. I have no problem paying the fee if it actually needed service, but when they cant even tell me if it actually did, I have a little bit of a problem paying for something the bike didnt receive. Since I had such an interest in the bike, I even went on to make an offer to which the salesman scoffed at my offer and said "Oh, thatll never work". I guess he promoted himself to the sales manager because I had to ask him if he would even take the offer to the manager. He reluctantly did and returned to tell me they werent interested. No problem with me, thats business. What I did ask was what they would be willing to do on their price and he replied with "the asking price" in a condescending manner. He then followed up his statement with another excellent customer service line in a tone as if I was an idiot of, "were internet based. Were like Carmax, you ever been to Carmax?" I have never been to any kind of dealership where I was treated as if I was a nussaince, especially when I was offering to throw money their way, even if it wasnt an offer they would accept. I have no problem with Indian not accepting my offer, what I do have a problem with was the treatment by the salesman and not even being told "thanks for your interest." Its not that anyone needs to be treated like royalty, but the way I was raised thats just expecting common courtesy and good customer service. Unless you like being treated like a chump, save yourself the drive and your time of even considering Sooner Indian for any of your motorcycle needs.

First of all the Only reason you should come here is to purchase an Indian motorcycle and nothing else. However, I would recommend going up to the one in OKC because youll get better customer service. I was screwed over by this Norman dealership. I paid them loads of money to do work on my motorcycle and it turns out that the work they did didnt last more than a month of riding and now they wont honor their work or even touch the bike again. Then the manager, Dustin, was very rude and was telling me all this crap about why they cant fix it like how they were bought out by corporate and blah blah blah. I called corporate and that dealership had in fact not been bought by corporate and is still privately owned. Corporate wouldnt do anything for my situation either. It was also mention to me by the current workers that the "mechanic" that did the work on my bike was incompetent and that a lot of the work he had done resulted in issues. (The manager didnt seem to have problems with him but not suprising there). This really sucks because I love Indian bikes and eventually ill own one (too expensive for me right now) but I will definitely never come here. The manager was a huge a**hole to me but then still had the audacity to offer me scrap for my bike and sell me a different one. The only highlight about the store is the parts manager, Emily, definitely the only nice one there. DONT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE TO HAVE WORK DONE TO IT. ONLY GO TO THE ONE IN OKC OR GO TO THE HARLEY IN MOORE BY THE WARREN!!

I have read some negative comments about Sooner Indian and I could apply those same comments to OKC Indian but wont because I was raised that if you cant say something good dont say anything at all. The people at Sooner Indian do their very best to help everyone get the bike they are looking for. They are always friendly and helpful. Just because you cant get the deal you want does not mean that they are giving you a hard time. I would recommend Sooner Indian to anyone looking for a new or used bike. For me if you dont ride an Indian you are missing the best ride on the planet and Sooner Indian is the best place to buy one!

OKAY,SO THESE HIPSTERS SELLING AND FINANCING TOLD ME THEY WOULD JUST HOLD MY DEPOSIT WITH MY CARD. I DRIVE 4 HOURS TO GET TOLD , OH WE PUT THAT ON THE LOAN FOR DOWN PAYMENT MONEY. THEN I GET IT HOME AND HAVE NO KEY FOB FOR MY SECURITY SYSTEM. THEY CLAIM IT HAS GOT TO BE ON THE BIKE OR IT WOULDNT RUN. SYSTEM HAD BEEN BYPASSED. HAD TO PURCHASE FOB AT LOCAL HD SHOP AND PAY FOR PROGRAMMING. THE MECHANIC WAS VERY COOL. THE OTHER 2 COMMISSION HUNGRY FELLAS DONT KNOW JACK@&%* ABOUT MOTORCYCLES OR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. LOVE THE BIKE. AND THAT IS THE ONLY THING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE..

Dustin and Donnie made this an extremely easy and enjoyable purchase. Customer Service is definitely a priority here unlike many other Motorcycle Dealerships. I come from Kansas City to pick up and my new Indian Chief Dark Horse and had planned to be at the dealer for a couple of hours to finalize everything. Dustin had all my paperwork ready and I was there less than 10 minutes before leaving with my new bike. Great job guys.

Everyone was awesome and friendly, Dustin the dealerships General Manager cuts through the B.S. Just a great bunch of guys that make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. From the minute Matt picked me up from the airport, right up to when he took all our pictures the whole experience was outstanding!!!

They have nice bikesbut that is all the good I can say about them. They will rip you off on a traidin and insult you in the process. When they brought there paper with there figures on it the starting price was a thousand more than on the bike tag. I wont go back there to be ripped off.

These guys are awesome! They helped me find the best bike for me and my budget; super patient and knowledgeable. As a girl, looking for motorcycles has been a bit intimidating but I felt so comfortable and taken care of here.
