bought a motorcycle from them two years ago. from the start, it had problems. bad ground wire that led to headlight failing. requiring several ignitions to start when engine is cold. They did fix the headlight ground wire problem. However, when it came to the cold start issue, their mechanic didnt seem too knowledgeable about fuel injected bikes. I was told it ran like a new motorcycle. This being my first bike and dealer experience, I believed them. After a year, it ran like dogsh*t, and then just flat out died. I self taught what I needed to know to try to diagnose it, in fuel delivery, spark, air intake, TPS and TB adjustments, when I eventually discovered that there was significant amount of water from the radiator leaking into the motor, and that the TPS position was set such that the bike was running rich to disguise the idling issues. Furthermore, the cooling lines are full of rust. When I first bought the bike, there was brown rust residue near the radiator and hose area... I brought this issue up shortly after I purchased the bike, and they say they always do a thorough clean. After opening up the radiator for the first time, I knew where the rust came from.. I take care very good of my bike, putting a cover on it, and only got caught in the rain a couple of times. In any case, there was definitely foul play here. This motorcycle was not well taken care of, and the mess is being dumped on me. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, and assume that it was the idiot who sold it to them who screwed the bike up and decided to trade it in to upgrade to an R6. But even then, they should have the technical know how to at least have seen the issues when the bike first came in, much less sell it to a young guy like me who had no idea what I was getting myself into. Thats the end of dealerships for me. Once and done.

Horrible Business Man/Owner!!!! Even worse experience. Story of what happened from my mentors prospective. One of my former students (ZG) (which is me the reviewer) asked a local dealer to sell it for him. Bike has loan against it from USAA. ZG asked dealer all he wanted was $3500 anything over that he could have. Dealer said he sold the bike (without title???) and that the buyers financial institution wants the title. ZG cant get the title until paid off. Dealer stated I guess we have a "mexican standoff then." Dealer wont reveal who bought the bike or the name of the financial institution that is trying to finance it. ZG has contacted his bank and they have said no one has inquired about it. I went with him last Friday to see if I could help and asked the dealer to explain to me how he sold a bike and let it leave without a title. He then said what are you "Stupid" I have already explained it. I then said Mr. R. Craige, All I want is...he then interrupted me and stated "Dont call me Mr." At that point I realized we were not dealing with a rational person and we left. All ZG wants is either his bike back or his money.
