If I could, I wouldnt give this business one star. I have been lied to 5 times!!!!! I bought a tshirt at the Chili Festival. The female clerk told me that she had a 5XL. I didnt see the garment tag when she held it up against her body. She placed it in the bag, I paid for it. A few days later, I discovered it was a 3XL. I called and spoke to Archie on September 28th. He told me that he was placing an order that day and assured me that the shirt would be on October 5th. I even offered to pay the difference for the larger shirt. Archie stated: "It wont be that much more." I really dont care, all I cared about was getting the shirt to mail it with another shirt that I had purchased from Harley Davidson in Vegas. I called Archie on 10/6/16, he told me that the shirts werent made yet and that he would call the print shop and for me to call back on October 12th. I called back on 10/14/16. Spoke to Archie he said that he didnt receive it and he would check and for me to call back. I called back on 10/15/16. A guy took down the information and said that he would have Archie call me back. You guessed it, he never called me back. If I treated my customers like this, I would be canned!!!!! Who in the hell is his boss??!! So, now I am stuck with this shirt because of the LIES, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SALES, SALES, SALES...... THEY DONT CARE ABOUT GETTING THESE LIES RESOLVED...... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Still waiting on this shirt to mail it with the other shirt to Florida. I Dont need another LIE OR SOME LAIM ASS RESPONSE FROM OUTPOST HARLEY DAVIDSON -PUEBLO...... You should have taken care of the customer on September 24th... or October 5th..... YOUR STAFF CHOSE TO LIE!!!!!!!

On my recent trip to Colorado I needed to switch out my windshield on my 2014 Street Glide Special before I headed back to Texas the next day. Fortunately, we were near Outpost HD so we decided to stop in and pick up a new one. I was greeted at the parts counter by Chuck and he was very helpful at assisting me in selecting a new and better windshield for my touring style riding. Chuck not only assisted me in getting the product I needed, but he was also gracious enough to install it for me, right then, on the spot while I went back in to purchase a souvenir dealership T Shirt. Chuck demonstrated the epitome of true customer service and continues to give me the confidence in only putting genuine HD parts on my bike. Chuck was not only very helpful, but friendly, courteous and professional and should be commended by his supervisor for such. I look forward to not only returning to the scenic mountains of Colorado, but visiting Chuck and all the fine folks at Outpost HD.

In the middle of a weeklong trip with my son, started experiencing a problem. Pulled in, explained I was on a road trip and needed my bike looked at. I got immediate help, and unfortunately they did not have the part, but got me back on my trip! On down the road, my bike had a completely different problem. LOL! Got a hotel for the night, Outpost was closed by then. The next day, after a phone call, I was told that it would be no problem to get my bike checked out. Headed down and got right in, while my bike was in the shop, a recall had not been fixed, they fixed it. So what could be fixed, was fixed, what couldnt, was made sure to get me back home, 700 plus miles away. This dealership is worth the stop, and all the staff I talked with were fantastic!

Great experience by this Canadian in town from Ontario. Got into town with a split rocker breather line. They fixed and cleaned it up, changed the oil, in record time to get me to the rally on time. I run sport tires on my XR1200 that no HD dealer stocks, they tracked down the tire I wanted got it shipped up from Texas fast and again installed and out the door in record time. They also found a Brocken exhaust hanger I was unaware of, and since closest sock for that was Europe, got me set up for a weld repair. I have nothing but praise for the service and sales staff there. A very friendly, competent bunch that will go above and beyond for their two wheeled travellers! Thanks guys, I can ride the last 2500km back to Canada with confidence!

I got a flat in Trinidad CO on a Sunday. Had my bike towed to Pueblo to their shop since they were the largest in town. They did have a tire, but wouldnt put it on because of "liability concerns" since it wasnt rated for my "sport bike". My "sport bike" is a Kawaisaki Versys, an adventure touring bike. I expect they just didnt want to help a guy out and put a wrench to something that wasnt a Harley, even just to install a tire. So I had to rent a Uhaul truck for twice the cost of a non-speed rated tire to get my bike back to Denver.

I traveled from Indiana where my bike is serviced at Hoosier HD, to a friends in Colorado Springs. While enroute an electrical issue came up. All it took was one phone call to Hoosier and within an hour of Outpost opening, I was called by Dave from service and a pick-up was taken care of. From the gal up front, to the service department having it repaired and filling the warranty paperwork, I couldnt be happier. Outpost and Hoosier, orange and black has got your back. Thank you all VERY much.

Pricks. My buddy rented a bike for the day. I dont ride so I stick around the area. Make my way back after a few hours and I park in the hot sun. Sit here for about an hour. Go in to use the bathroom and ask if I could park in the shade in the side of the building. Dude said as long as there is room for traffic it would be fine. 25 min later some prick comes up n says I cant be parked there because there was no room. Thats bullshit. Im in a 99 escort. I had been planning to "buy",soon my 1st Hog. I did not know this soon.lol Upon my visit to Outpost Harley, with my Uncle, over 2 days, talking, riding, great staff treating us fantastic ,etc. I rode away into the Colo. sunset Go upstairs to, even more scooters up there. Wayyyyy better,much better than Tulsa, OK,Harley dealers. No bs from Outpost -excellent crew ! Keep it up Outpost.

Salesman I talked with had several other things to do other than listen to what I had to say. Started to go upstairs to used bikes 3 times and he ran off again to do something else again. I wont be back to this place. The ladies there were very nice and helpful though. Thats why I gave 2 stars.

My buying experience was outstanding. I received a fair trade-in price and rode away on my new bike 2 days after deciding to buy, even though the bike I wanted wasnt in stock. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I just hope the 1000 mile service visit goes as smoothly
