Just had my recalled airbag switched out on 2008 Goldwing. Something you hope you dont get to test out but really dont want it to fail or worse yet cause injury if you do. Have done business with them for over forty years. Still have a 1969 Triumph Trident from them. Multiple Hondas since then and although they rarely needed shop time things do wear out . You dont keep going back for that long unless they do things right. Many changes come with the years but the smiles and professional service have been a mainstay. Heads up, if you need parts they only order on Saturdays. Closed Sunday, Monday like most motorcycle shops.

Called the parts department inquiring about a certain weight and type engine/clutch oil required by my UTV manufacture. The young parts guy had a total disinterested tone when I asked if they carried it. He asked a few questions and told me that I could just use standard engine oil and even argued when I explained that the manufacture required this certain oil type during the warranty period or the warranty would be void. Not impressed what-so-ever with this place. I would be more inclined to accept advice on my UTV from a Walmart associate than this place. Wont be using them for anything!

A Private User

Dont order parts here! Younger guy could care less, did not try to find part and said "they dont make it any more". When got the part number for him ( I did his work for him), he ordered too few. I waited a week for the part unable to ride my bike.I had to order all over again (another week wasted)! Wasted $20 of fuel to go pick up part. No apologies from anyone for the hassle. This place is a last resort!

I broke down 6 miles from Timme Honda with bike on tow truck I called for help, they wouldnt take 5 minutes to look at the problem. They said make an appointment we will get to it in a few days I was on a road trip 1400 miles from home I was towed an additional 65 miles to a shop that made a miner repair and I was on my way, if you need help from these people forget it.

They seemed to have good customer service and helped me a lot with my service and parts that I could not find anywhere. I feel the two parts guys were very knowledgeable.
