By far the WORST customer service from sales rep and store manager Doug! The only reason I will ever step foot in the pueblo location is for parts or accessories those guys actually know what customer service means. PURCHASED my 2nd bike from these guys and had a terrible experience both times. The first time the sales rep Kenton didnt even acknowledge me until I said I Ill take that one then all of the sudden I was his best friend really made me upset. Thought Id give them a second chance purchased another bike sales process went ok still was completely satisfied. Had the 2ND bike about 28 days chain snapped blew a hole in my case called the store said there was nothing the could do for me except get me a discount on parts didnt mention anything about 30 day warranty. . I was really up set about that and knew somwthing wasnt right so I decided to call the springs location let them know what happened and right away said oh we will take care of you, you have 30 day new or USED! warranty and we will get it fixed for you Thats why we have the warranty ..The Manger Steve from the colorado springs sent me to the pueblo location to talk to doug and he still didnt want to do anything for me at the pueblo location so i had to call Steve while sitting in dougs office and have him call doug for something to actully be done. After doug got of the phone with Steve, doug says to bring the bike down and we will get it to springs to location and they are gonna take care of it I asked why the couldnt do it here because I bought the bike here made up some kind of excuse in why the couldnt.. the pueblo location have now had my bike over a week and its still sitting at the there called doug he said they dont have a reason to go to springs so they will take it when its convenient for them I guess getting my bike fixed is no reason.. All Im saying is if you are in the market for a new or USED bike make you make the extra drive to the Colorado Springs location those guys will take care of you. Every person Ive talked to from that location from reps to management they have all taken really good care of me and I will be doing all my business with them from now on!

So far I had mixed experience with them. Didnt really get the price I wanted for a new bike but people seems pretty nice here in general. Parts department hands down one of the best I experienced out of all the dealership I visited. They dont have a lot of selection out there but there knowledge of all the products they are trying to sell is outstanding. Plus Its actually not all that expensive compare to other dealership Ive been to. Update April 14: Took my bike for a first service, should of double checked before I left but my freaking god, both of my rear plastic is completely scraped, gonna see what they can do. Update April 15: There willing to change my right rear plastic cover. I appreciate for them owning up to their mistake. Sucks my left side is scraped but its nothing like the right side.

My bike was recalled for a certain part. Yamaha said its covered for free. After I spoke with Ricky mountain cycle plaza they said it would be 400 labor cost to out in my fuel pump. I spoke with Yamaha they called them and said to pick it up and that I would not have to pay a dime. These people are crooked. The only cool guys are the guys in parts department. No one will come talk to me or help me when looking for new bike. No matter how well or poorly Im dressed. Shoot if I want to make all sales I would work there and be the best sales man within the first week these guys are so pretentious lol. They are motorcycle sales men for goodness sake what makes them the think they are better than anyone.

We had gone to look at this particular model of CF Moto at the other closest CF Moto dealer and while they showed us similar models, they tried to push us into purchasing a much more expensive brand. I contacted Kenton and told him what I wanted since I had already done all of the research and he told me he had one in stock. Kenton made the process very easy, with no surprises and great customer care. Definitely will be making the 40 mile further drive for future purchases and service.

Ive gone in twice now for parts or tools and the only thing they know how to do, is try to sell me their service. If I wanted you to do the work, I wouldnt be asking for a damn tool or part! Even after I said no, they keep pushing it. Get over yourselves, I can do the work faster, better and cheaper than you rip offs!!! Give your customers what they ask for, or like me, they wont go back!

I spent 10 minutes or so looking at used bikes. No prices, no information posted, and the only sales person seemed more interested in watching a video on a computer with a coworker instead of helping. I wont be back. Being ignored deserves no second chance!
