It was terrible today. I went to 2 scanning machines today to get prices ( hate that theyre not priced and often not listed in front of the item. So neither one of them worked and putting in scan codes wouldnt print either. So I had to ask many prices of the dishes I was buying for my granddaughter. I said I needed to charge these then my mistake was putting in my debit card… but again I asked why I needed to put in my code… my check out girl slurred out idontknow.. With her mouth hanging open. I just did not get the service we usually get. Then I caught on and told her we would have to re-do that because it had to get on my credit card because I didnt get SS until Wednesday. She said to me let me ring up your groceries first so thats what she did. I told her now we have to re-do the first order, she sent me to courtesy area and they said they could only give me cash and shrugged their shoulders when I said I was not happy. If the young girl had stopped before she was finished with the first order…. It was not completed. Im really angry.

Im righting a review about a worker at Meijer not about the store its self. I was at a self check out lane by the food at around 7:30pm. We had a problem scanning something and the lady came over to help us and she was wonderful. She was happy and whiling to help us with a smile. Her name was Judy! I hope a Meijer employee reads this and relays the message because she was fantastic.

Every time I make a visit to this store I always make sure to go to self check out because the cashiers are always very rude. Customer service is horrible here as well. The lines are always awful. If you plan to shop here you must expect to stand on line for at least 20 minutes or longer. Other then that their products are fine. Just as any other store.

It takes so long to get waited on in deli and meat departments. Workers stand around in deli and talk instead of waiting on customers. The Cadillac store is the worse. I visited Cedar Springs several times and really like shopping there. When self checking the worker even helps bag and makes sure bags are open for next customer.

The best fresh fruit and produce selection in town. Great beer, wine and liquor as well. Good meat at butcher but be careful of the chicken. The temperature in coolers that the chicken is stored are not always down to temp. Had a few bad packages of chicken from this and Traverse City store.

It was about 8:30 pm but they were very busy and only 3 check outs were open so for those of us who dont want to check ourselves out, thus not putting people out of work, the wait in line was very long. The check out clerk was very friendly though so that helped ease the tension a bit.

Ordered a cake for a 80th Birthday party a week before I needed it went in today to pick up the cake said they had no record of the cake being ordered. Had to wait a hour for them to do up the cake while they chit chatting behind the counter. Will not order from them again

Went to meijer on thanksgiving day for the awesome sales. Thought the prices on the turkeys were misleading. Thought they should be closed on thanksgiving so employees could spend time with their familys. All and all a good experience ands week shop there again

I have been a customer of this Meijer for almost 5 years now. Downstate Iwas a customer for 23 years. I love Meijer. The produce is the best to be found, the prices are reasonable, the sales are great and I love the choices. Yes I am a Meijer happy shopper.

Great selection of produce and meats, helpful people. Sale prices are always great and change up every week. The issues with sale items being in stock seems to be an issue sometimes and if it is a great deal they do not give rain checks.
