Well where to I begin? We have been a customer of the Turkey Creek store since it opened and this year alone have spent $849.83 to date. Now I don’t know about you, but that is a tidy sum for dog food. Today was my last time buying anything at this store. I have to say the manager as well as the customer service folks that I met dont have a clue as to what is going on — nor do they appear to care! We have four dogs and regularly buy Hill’s Science Diet Mature Adult 7+ yrs. Chicken and Beef food. We usually buy one case of each every two weeks. Since the “renovation” we have not been able to get the Chicken. Every time I would ask for it, someone would go to the warehouse and come back with the same answer. We’re out. I would ask when they expect to receive a shipment. They responded with the same answer. Don’t know. Last week I was there and got the same answer to my questions. I insisted to speak with a manager. The customer service rep called someone and shortly a guy showed up. I explained the situation with them never having the Chicken food in stock and wanted to know when they would receive some. He said he would go check. After several minutes, he returned and said they were expecting a shipment any day. He said they had 60 units on order. I ask if that were cases and he said no it was cans. I told him that I was buying that many every month and that may would not last very long. I just got a shoulder shrug like “what-ever”. Well today I was there again and experienced the same thing. No stock. So that is it. I’ll drive the extra several miles and shop at the Petco in Farragut from now on.

I have used Petsmart Grooming services for many years for my miniature golden doodle. Because of the combination of curly poodle hair mixed with straight golden hair, she usually requires a fairly close clip job. I always ask that they leave it as long as possible, but usually she ends up very short, which is fine, although I have never been totally convinced that shaving her is worth $53 (I also add on a package for ears and nails for a total of @ $82). We have never had a problem until our last visit. Upon picking our dog up, the groomer informed my husband that Sadie had a scab on the end of her tail that we needed to watch. She did not have a scab on her tail when we took her in, had not been licking or biting it and it was not bleeding; when we picked her up from her grooming, her tail was freely bleeding. We were leaving on vacation the next day with a house/pet sitter taking care of our pets. When we returned home a week later, Sadies tail was STILL bleeding. This is definitely not acceptable, especially since the groomer made it seem as though Sadie came in with her tail injured, which I do not believe was the case. I understand that these things could possibly happen in the course of grooming, but if something does happen, the groomer should take responsibility and some vet service should be provided or be offered to be reimbursed, at the very least.

First off, Im pissed I even have to give this hell hole 1 star in order to even write this post. The collective IQ of the employees that work here is less than our yorki weighs. Which, in case you were wondering, is a whopping 4 pounds. We took her to this dump to get her groomed because her hair was getting a little long. We informed them that she is a little squirmy so she may not be the easiest to have her hair cut. What did they do with this information? They took the easy way out and just decided to go against our wishes and shave all her hair off. I guess the half-wits that work there didnt feel they had the strength to tame this 4 pound beast long enough to snip a few hairs off. In other news, when we went back to check on our 3 month old puppy, she was just chilling in a tiny cage with no one paying attention to her or really doing what we paid them to do for that matter. I must have misunderstood the process of a deal where establishments provide the service you ask for in exchange for currency. Must be a foreign concept to the morons at PetSmart. If I were you, I would never, literally ever, even consider this netherworld dumpster fire of a place to take my pet to for whatever reason it would be. PetSmart, to put it nicely, you absolutely suck. Middle finger emoji.

I went to petsmart at 6:00pm to return a dead Betta fish the that died in 5 hours but I forgot the receipt but I even brought the fish in a bag and a water sample and The womsn at the fish section at 6:00pm kept telling me I need a receipt but I told her I forgot it and that that fish was a return fish and it died but she refused to give me any service and she was so unpleasant And horrible that her performance drove me out of the store so now I have to pay for the fish I want if I were you I would never go here in my life and the woman had a shift at 6:00 so at least do not go there at 6 but she was truly the worst service in my life

I went in to PetSmart to ask to try a product to help with my dogs nails. I would classify my husband and myself as responsible dog owners - we have taken her to training and done our research, and spoken to our veterinarian, but when I asked an employee and they directed me to the grooming area, the woman in charge of grooming gave me a 20 minute lecture about having patience with my dog and not giving up. All I wanted was a way to make the nail trimming experience less stressful for my young dog. She did not hear or listen to what our experience was and ended up not even letting me try the product.

Girl helping with tropical fish was very helpful knowledgeable and made my shopping experience more pleasant. Its a fact that your prices on most Tropical fish supplies are expensive and being a male- I dont like having to search for coupons that make your prices more competitive. I dont have time for your associated to call and guarantee a price match. Id like to see you expand your market into the Lenoir City Tennessee area. No pet supply store in the area. Must drive to Oak Ridge TN. or Knoxville TN. A good 30 min. One way drive for me.

So I called to see if I could get my dog washed and cut. This was on a Tuesday, and the woman that answered the phone said they were booked until Sunday. Really you are booked that far in advance? This is a Petsmart store I have never seen that much time to groom a dog. Then after she told me they were booked until Sunday she hung up on me. Thanks Petsmart groomer, what if I wanted to make that appointment. Doesnt matter because I will never call them back again to try and schedule anything again.
