I would give 2 stars because of my past here but they need to see this. Ive had good service in the past but not lately. I have gone to this store 3 days in a row now to get fish, and have yet to get fish or any customer service. I have said "hello" to all 3 employees here and only 1 answered after i had been standing in the fish section for over 10 minutes, and she answered with "hey, excuse me" as she walks past. I then say screw it ill try again later or tomorrow (which i shouldnt have to do) i go to check out with my incomplete shopping basket and the man stand there on his phone with headphones in for a solid minute while i stand in front of him before he acknowledged my existance, i was going to ask for help in the fish department but he pushed me to checkout without ever making eye contact, apologizing for me having to wait, or saying hello; after ringing me up does not ask for card, still has yet to make eye contact, tells me the total, i pay, hands me change and receipt no "have a nice day", no eye contact , nothing just hands me the receipt and walks away. Idk what happened to this store in the past month but it needs to change..

My family used to go there to buy food and treats for our dog. I now buy supplies for my crested gecko from there as well. They have a good selection of reptile toys and terrarium decor, and theyre the only local pet store Ive found that sells a powdered crestie diet. To top it off, the staff is super friendly.

Extremely helpful staff treat you and your animal like family. They are knowledgeable about their products , and they are extremely friendly. Manager or assistant manager are always on site ready to answer questions or help.
