Place was great up until a few months ago when they hired a new manager. Now no one talks to you like they used to. The new manager will walk right past like she doesnt see you. My bag of bird seed ripped at checkout and I was not offered a new bag. In fact, the cashier just stood there while the food poured to the floor. I finally reached behind the counter and grabbed another bag to put the ripped one in. Place is going down hill. Bring back the good manager who hired good people and was friendly and always said hi and talked to customers.

A nice pet store with good selection for fish, reptiles, small animals, cats, dogs, and birds. They dont have as many types of live animals as you would expect at a big box store, but theyre convenient for picking up supplies on the fly. I do find their pricing on the high side; but conversely you can sometimes find good deals here depending on what youre after. The staff are friendly and welcoming if you bring your pet just to browse and train as well.

The fish were sick. We waited in line 20 minutes. Some of the same harnesses cheaper at Walmart. The only thing good was one employee on the floor was extremely helpful.

Love the people here...one girl is especially helpful every time I come in...I dont remember her name but the last time we spoke she just got a pet gator I think...lol
