The Finest Vahqlos

Pet Supermarket clearly knows what its doing with dogs, cats, and its other available mammals; this is great, and I respect that. However, theyve failed to wrap their head around what a cricket actually is (and what it does), as Ive seen countless times they leave live crickets in their exotic pet enclosures. (see back, almost obscure area of the shop) The variety of products for these pets arent as abundant, either. The business needs to spend more of its time, and have the employees educated about the care of these exotic pets.

Great customer service. The employees were knowledgeable and answered the questions I had. They seemed eager to help and share information about pets and animals. The products arent extensive but they have a decent selection. I do wish they carried more cat toys and other items for cats, but most other pet stores seem to have more dog related items so its comparable. The prices also seem comparable to other pet stores as well.

Very nice local pet supply store. Workers were friendly and we had very good customer service. They seem to have a wide range of products for most pets. Prices seemed in line with others. Aisles are tight but store wasnt crowded so no concern. I did see pets were allowed as well

We go there to bath our small dogs- they provide a nice area & all the supplies (towels, shampoo, blow dryer, etc) All for a very fair price! The staff are helpful & friendly! The store is always clean & well stocked too. I highly recommend.

I had horrible customer service. The worker their took very long getting crickets, and counted to make sure i had exactly twelve. (Petsmart gives extras btw).

Good customer service with a helpful and friendly staff. The bathing area is very convenient and supplies you with everything you need to clean your dog.
