Very helpful and pet friendly! Its better than regular pet stores because this location has a grooming service, training classes, adoption area and vet services. They were very helpful after my dog was scared and made a little mess. I take him there once or so a month for their nail & ear grooming package. Grooming prices are cheap, so is most of the store. They have a great selection of toys and food, and theyll answer any questions.

My sisters dog suddenly became very ill at 230 in the afternoon... One call and they were so caring! Get him here now! But they only charged the normal office visit price! The Dr and her assistant were awesome. Thank goodness it wasnt anything serious but that isnt the point here. They took him immediately. Gave the right diagnosis. And the cost of the medicine didnt send us into bankruptcy! The do work with people financially!

These guys do not know how to take care of thier animals, it is not the employees fault either, its the company policies. One of my favorite animals i saw half dead and the employees say they cant take my advice because its against company policy... But they agree and think im right shame on petsmart

Cashier was quite rude on mulipul occasions to both me and the two woman in front of me. After 10+ years of shopping ere and a few thousand dollars later i will NOT be returning. This is not the store it used to be. Have had way to many bad experiences here in the past year

Horrible..Every time we take our dogs there they come back with something! They need better cleaning practices . First it was Kennel cough... $400 later thats cured now my dog has a skin irritation... get it together Petsmart!!!

Called to confirm they had one of the smaller Bissell upholstery cleaners available to rent. Drove up there after they confirmed they did. Yeah, they didnt. Waste my time.
