I have been shopping for a new family car, and i drove past Manheim Car King on Paxton st in Harrisburg. I have been past many times before but have never been to the Harrisburg location. I was QUICKLY greeted by Joshua and he asked me what I was looking for. Joshua was super kid friendly so he didnt mind that I have my 2.5 year old w me. In fact, he told me that he had some older children of his own and that he had previously had to shop for some of the same vehicles as me. As a result, he was very understanding and wasnt pushy, like some people can be when you are showing for a car. In fact, he was the best salesman Ive worked with so far in my search. He showed me a beautiful GMC Acadia, and we test drove it. I really liked this car! We talked about all the pluses and he showed my wife how to operate all the seats and the dash (she drove). When we were done with the Acadia, he also showed us a loaded minivan. We really came into it undecided about suv or minivan, but his suggestions and the amazing cars really helped focus our search. I want to purchase my next car from Joshua and Manheim Car King

Application for loan approved. Called back to let me know. Then all of a sudden the vehicle was wasnt road worthy. It had a bad transmission and the all the pads and rotors needed replaced. Told by salesman they didnt want to sell me a lemon. Of course the vehicle was never pulled of the website, until what I assume happened was someone else bought it. Was told they could put me in different make and model. I wasnt interested. They said they would work on it for me. Weeks went by no calls. Finally I found another vehicle in my price range and style. Of course it wasnt at the advertised lot. Took them hours to find it. Told me other people were interested in it and wanted to look at it. Told me they would call either way so I would know whats going on. Now days have gone by no calls. Go with a more reputable dealership. I have now personally given up on this place and will spend my cash elsewhere.

Promises promises promises.. Theyll tell you that if you bring in a fair down payment, that theyll be able to get you in a vehicle with no problems.. they say that only to get you in there.. I first told them that i didnt want to waste my time coming in only to have my credit checked & be denied a vehicle, so they told me about a program that they run that puts people in a vehicle with fair or even bad credit(LIIIIIIIIIES) Wasted all that time for absolutely nothing smh.. My salesman told me nothing, but lies & i really didnt appreciate it.. luckily i had a back up plan.. Dont waste your time

I had no idea I would find a dealership or a salesperson than I could trust, but Mr. O`Brien and the management were sincere in their concern for my best interests being met. It is rare to find a place where they actually care about their customers, not just their money, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic buying experience.

I had a wonderful experience buying a Lexus ES330 from Manheim Car King. The customer service was helpful, relaxing, and friendly. Buying a car is an apprehensive experience, but it was totally different at MCK. I felt like I got a great price on my car and I am very happy with the car. For one I met a god fearing man name Joshua who helped and even prayed for me and with me about a situation that was bringing me down. He even got me in a 2012 Chrysler 300.
