You would think a customer who hasnt been late or missed a payment in two years would get treated better, sheesh! With that being said, I dont like that I receive threats via text message or through phone calls from my account manager. At the end of the we are all human and things come up, but these group individuals dont CARE. Im off now on workmans comp so my checks been a little off, but still havent missed a payment because they took a payment from my gf card that I used last year to make a payment without my authorization... Didnt know they can do that smh. Then AFTER they received the payment Ive been getting early morning phone calls asking when the next payment will be received while throwing "turn off" dates around. I dont get on the phone trying to have any issue with anybody there, but its like they picking a fight with me. I shouldnt have to ask a rep "WHY ARE YOU GETTING SMART WITH ME?"...this is a trap!!!! Overpaying for an old car while being cussed out and screamed at by the staff whenever a issue arises is my experience. I understand about overpaying but the staff are assholes for no reason. I would choose another dealership. I cant wait till this over.

Love my Honda CRV they sold to me 2 years ago. Recently had my battery light pop on for a min, their mechanic checked it out for me. Needed an alternator, leaving for vaca in 2 days. No problem, ordered the part & fit me in to schedule the next day. Also, my son is very happy with his recent Nissan purchase.

Were sold a vehicle that leaked gas which was a safety issue. Even though it was as is it had been inspected by their mechanic. It needed a new fuel pump and we were not offered a reimbursement or compromise.
