Warning - I highly recommend that you do not buy from this dealership. I made the mistake of purchasing two cars in one day just two weeks before Christmas 2012. One of which was a Christmas gift for my high school student. I took the car back approximately 6 times over a 6-week period. The car has not been driven 300 miles yet and although, I have already made several car payments, I am now responsible for paying their shop fees for work (including a repair to electric locks) that I reported as broken before driving the car away on the first day. I even asked the owner on my 3rd or 4th trip if i could just be refunded my $1,600 down payment and was told "no". I could just loss the money and give them back the vehicle with no adverse effect to my credit report. Funny, how they are supposed to help you rebuild your credit but they wont give you a reliable car and then expect you to pay for oil leaks, new tires, locks, etc. Both vehicles are still in need of repair and tires. I am not sure how these vehicles are passing Maryland inspection but i have my thoughts on the topic. The vehicle for my teenager still leaks oil. Their repair shop suggest that i just keep driving it until the seal that they repaired actually seals itself. Im no mechanic but I believe if you keep riding with a leak you will blow the engine. The blue book value for the car is $4,000 but they are charging me $6,200 and with interest over $8,000. I went for this ripe off because I had believed the vehicle to be reliable and would not fuss about being overcharged as long as the vehicle was driveable. Took heed and run away from this place as fast as you can. The Better Business Bureau details were not reliable for this company. I think most folks dont complain about Pic N Pay because they are likely low wage earners who simply wish to have a car. Every time i am in there making a payment, there is a client who is having a repair done or a person coming in from a test drive who is telling the workers about multiple problems experienced during the test drive with their cars.

I hate the fact that I have to give this dump a rating at all!!!!! PLEASE RUN from this place!!! To say that they are a rip off is an understatement!!!!! I purchased a 2006 Nissan Sentra from this dump in 2012. When I went to test drive the vehicle the car would sputter and cut off consistently. The owner assured me that they haD ordered the necessary parts to fix the issue. The car (exterior & interior) was in excellent condition to be an older model. So, I went against my family and friends advice and purchased the car. The car ran great for TWO MONTHS and by the of the second/early third month, the car started to sputter and consistently turn off at stop lights, stop signs, any where I had to make a complete stop. HORRIBLE!! I took the car back to Pic and Pay and told the owner and mechanics about the issues I was having. They told me to bring the car in and they would take a look at it! To make a long story short, I went back and forth with them so much for months and they NEVER fixed the issue w/ my car!!! I came to this dealership because I really did not have any credit at the time and needed a vehicle sooner rather than later! These people are horrible!! They will sell you GARBAGE (knowingly)!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER DEALER WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS PLACE. The only reason we went is because someone we knew bought a car from them. We were sold a car with a BLANK inspection certificate. Owner will not return telephone calls. I am now responsible for payments on a vehicle that did not pass inspection and has multiple issues. Will be going to MVA with this. RIDICULOUS. I will make my payments, and take the proper route until I am satisfied with the outcome.

I bought my 06 Trailblazer in February 2014. It is fully loaded and runs like a new car. Leather heated seats, looks like a new truck inside and my grandchildren love it. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my truck, and got a great price. Jesse worked with me until the numbers were right. The experience was great and I will be one of the many repeat customers.

Love this place!!! Jesse and Kathy are very nice and do everything in their power to get you in a car. I bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan a couple years ago and still no problem with my car. The salesman may have been drunk. The car my husband purchased ended up being a real junker. It is my guess they have an inhouse person to pass the vehicles through inspection services. Buyer beware for sure. E-------

The company is false advertisement!!!! There cars are overpriced & are in very poor condition. They say one thing on the website but is totally opposite dealing with the company. I do not recommend them no one!!!!!
