I bought a car from the general manager his name was Jamie. It was a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta I had it for less than a month the engine light came on.So I took took the car back to the car lot to be looked at the general manager turn the engine light off and said the engine light should not come back on if it does bring it back to us and we will take care of it. so a few weeks after that my power steering wheel locked up it was my whole power steering rod.so I told my boyfriend to take the car into him and have him look at it when he did he said he was not fixing the car and then he called the police on my boyfriend said he did not want him on the property anymore. after that my engine light came back on again so I called in to the car lot to speak with Jamie to tell him that my engine light came on he was very rude to me he said he was not fixing my car and he called the police on me and said he did not want me on the property he did all this to get out of fixing my car while it was still under warranty. I suggest anybody that needs to buy used car do not go to this car lot they are crooks!!!!

I purchased a 2008 BMW 535xi last week and I must say; they were courteous, knowledgeable and had a great selection of fine used vehicles. The guys were good people and didnt hide anything from me. They had integrity, unlike most other used car places you would go to. They also didnt try to sell me some outlandish warranty for an arm and a leg. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to all whom would be looking for a fine used German built vehicle. After all was said and done I had to ask if they knew of a good place to get a Philly style cheese steak and I gotta say the place they recommended did not disappoint. I gotta say, it is up there as one of the best I have ever had. Thanks again fellas!

I went in the first time for what came up as a gas cap problem. I had already replaced that on my own so I knew that wasnt it. The shop didnt push me to have them inspect the problem more (which would also cost more). They said to give it some time and if the check engine light comes back on then I should come back. And they didnt even charge me for this visit. I mean I was only there for 10 mins but still, appreciated. The light did come back on, and thats when they did the more thorough inspection and found the real problem. After they worked on my car, it ran smoothly again. So far, no more problems.

I was looking for a good independent shop to take care of my older BMW. This is a great place, nice people, competent service mechanics, have had my car serviced there twice and they are fair, communicating everything they did to the car, live up to their promises and stayed within quotes. I have only had great service experiences here!
