My wife and I were shopping for a car in September. The first dealer we visited was the pre-owned showroom in Silver Spring on Automobile Blvd. Our salesman was Steve Watts, and his manager was Sterling Cooper. We did not decide to buy a car that day, but these two gentlemen answered every question we had and treated us like very important people. Even though we did not purchase our car that day, it set the stage for our future purchase. After checking out other dealerships , such as Ourisman in Rockville (Ill be writing a separate review of that guy), Enterprise Sales in Rockville; we returned a week later to the DARCARS Silver Spring location and bought a Chevy Cruze. The buying experience was no hassle, no rush, no sales pitches - only "tell us what you want and we can make it happen." Sterling literally walked us through all the paperwork personally, and assured us that whatever he needed to do to make our deal work, it would be no problem. I highly recommend DARCARS for your next vehicle - and am recommending them to all our friends who are shipping for a car.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. I worked with Mr. Edet Jones on Wednesday to test drive a 2006 Ford Escape. I liked the car a lot. I told him I was going to have the bank overnight me the check and we could start the paperwork. I moved ahead with everything. My check was in the mail, the car had been added to my insurance, everything. I emailed Mr. Jones to confirm everything was moving along on my end and to confirm what time we were meeting to exchange the check for the keys. He emailed me back just as the dealership was closing that he had already sold the vehicle to another party. Neither the dealership nor Mr. Jones will return my calls. This is incredibly shady and poor business. I would never return to DARCARS, and would be wary of doing business with them. Worst experience ever.

If going to buy a car and you find yourself at this location Edet Jones is the Salesman that you want. Edet made this experience so easy and swift and basically all I had to do was sign. I felt so comfortable with him, I felt the care that he was putting in to get the car that I wanted and he assured me that he could and he did. I was impressed so I brought my sister in the next week who has retired and is unfamiliar with this process. Edet took care of her like he did me and had my sister driving home in the car that she wanted. Thank you Edet, I (Katrina) appreciate you. I highly recommend Edet Jones as your Car Salesman. I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2014 Nissan Maxima from here. Edet Jones did a tremendous join helping me get the car I wanted. I even made sure my girlfriend bought a car from him when she was looking for someone because I knew Edet will take care of everything. They told me the cars were there. Then, a staff told me Im in the wrong place, and to go to the one in Cherry Hill Rd. When I get to Cherry Hill Rd, the cars are not even there, but in Rockville. I wasted my time and gas, after work, stuck in traffic, to come in and get the runaround. Cherry Hill Rd dealership did great, but, Automobile Rd… Why even call me to come in, when the cars are not even there! Really!
