I absolutely LOVE this place! I first purchased a car from Gold Star in March of 2013. They staff were all very nice. I had bought a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. I LOVE Grand Prixs, so I was very happy to find one, FULLY loaded (leather seats, sunroof, cd changer, dvd player, and more), and in my favorite color at that! I had no problems with Gold Star ever. The price for the car was reasonable, the customer service makes me feel like Ive known them forever. I came back in March of this year and got another great find, a 2002 GMC Envoy. It just so happened they had just gotten the SUV in that very morning! This, too, was fully loaded (leather seats, tv in back for my kids to view their fave movies). I know I have the option of making payments over the phone, but I actually love coming to see everyone in person to say hello and make my payment. I have NEVER had such a great experience with a car dealership nor with car financing--ever. With this new SUV, I ran into a small problem with a payment. I called them and they were very understanding. I was able to catch up, thankfully. It was just sooo wonderful to know that there are companies out there who understand that sometimes a person can have a small snag in their finances. they didnt badger me, they were kind, and that help motivate me to be sure I caught up as soon as I could. If that wasnt enough, they even made it possible for my credit score to increase when I make my payments on time! I truly do feel so grateful that there is a Gold Star Cars, who will finance you and let you get back on your feet. I even chatted with the owner and told him how much Gold Star is appreciated by me and my family! THANK YOU Gold Star!! I will be back soon, since its almost time for my daughter to get her drivers license :)

Got a truck from them service wngine soon light was on. They had to reset it in order for it to pass inspection im guessing...and i know in md and va a vehicle will not pass inspection with a check engine light on. I went to pick it up and the light was back on. They told me to take it to autozone and have them put it on the machine and read the code for them and bring it back. Well i did that and they called n told me the truck was ready went up there the light was off about a few hours later the light is back on again. I called and they told me they just reset it and didnt have time to look at it and bring it back. Well after that i started having problems with my battery and my truck not starting. The battery was so weak in order for me to drive it i had to jump it. Why in the world have i had this car for not even a MONTH still paper tags bullshit runarounds and still paying for it with a check engine light and bad battery?? Long story short i wish i would of waited and went somewhere else. Its not worth the headache and the amount they charge for there vehicles. Single mother of three i dont need a extra headache. The people are nice they just sell piece of crap cars

I bought a 2002 ford Explorer for $7,000. I know it was over priced but I foolishly thought that I was paying a high premium for my bad credit and a reliable vehicle. in less than 2 months the transmission went out and it nearly cost me my job. When I picked it up from service the truck was missing a $15,000 Fluke Scope that I left in it. The truck ran for a year and left me stuck on the side of the road with more transmission problems and a bad alternator. I dropped the truck back off at Goldstars service department on a Friday and told them that I needed the truck for work Sunday night. I was told I would have it by Saturday. When Saturday arrived my truck was not ready so Mike (the owners son) picked me up and took me to the store because my truck was not ready. He told me it would be ready Sunday morning. It is now Sunday night. Once again my job is in jeopardy and Mike is not even answering his phone as I have not received my truck back. With interest and repairs I have paid over $12,000 for a truck that is only worth $,3000 and has been reposed multiple times.

Gold star cars is a fabulous company! I enjoy everything from the moment I walk in with my parents to the time I left off the block with my ride. Now I just receive my licenses two weeks ago and we were only window shopping. However, wi hen I turn to right and saw that 06 Chevy Cobalt LT, something about it keep me drawn to it. After the test drive and having the discussion with my family and Stephanie, I was sold! It felt good to drive out of the parking lot with my new ride. Recently, I brought it back yesterday for a tune up and the guys fix it up real nice!!! Thank you guys fir everything!! My confidence has shot through the roof since day one and I couldnt do this without you!!! Love ya!

Ive been to this spot before with a friend who bought a truck. But I came back recently and bought a 2003 Acura TL. Im glad I stopped past Gold Star first because I would have been stuck with a shifty guy selling cars with no title. Lol. Anyway Zack was very nice and I like the way they are sort of rough around the edges so to speak. I can tell when people are bullshitters but they are great honest people. If you work with them and keep it 100 they will do the same with you. Def recommend someone here if they are looking for a decent car but have shitty credit. -Green

THESE GUYS ROCK! I bought a car from them about 9 months ago and had a breakdown not covered by warranty. I could not afford to pay the entire service bill and thought I was walking. Since I have made all my payments on time, they offered to help with the Service balance and let me add it to my remaing payments! NO OTHER DEALER WOULD EVER DREAM OF DOING THIS..... Im riding again!! I will buy my next car from them, and telling all my friends and family how great they are! Thanks Gold Star! Batman....

I would love to say I had the best experience here!!! Zack was the absolute best !!! He took car of me very fast and with a great attitude! I bought my car and 2 days later the light went out for my blinker and I called him and he said bring it in so he can change it and they didnt even charge me. The ladies in the inside were quick and friendly. Thank you guys!!!

I purchased a 2000 Buick La Sabre back in April and everythings been going just fine. The only thing I had to do was get an oil change. The customer service at Gold Star Cars is outstanding. Like no other dealership Ive ever encountered. They will work with you the best way they can to make sure you leave there totally satisfied.
