We recently purchased a used truck from Warrenton Kia. Greg, the salesman who helped us, was great. Kudos to him for being so personable and for not being pushy. Lori also was pretty helpful. Our problem is with a couple of the follow-up issues that weve had. First, they promise a customer package that has a free oil change, roadside assistance, etc. for car purchases. It has been 3 weeks and we havent seen it. Second, there is a sensor that was blinking when we purchased the truck. It was promised that the sensor would be fixed but there has been another "mix-up" and it still has not been checked out. But the thing that feels the most deceptive is that the truck was sold to us with no spare tire--and it wasnt disclosed. I know that it is "buyer beware" and that I should do my homework, but I didnt think that I would be sold a vehicle without a spare and not told about it. We have been told by the dealership that most vehicles are sold without them (I dont know if I believe that) and they will not help us out with one. There is NO WAY that they were unaware that it didnt have a spare...it just seems like it would be a bit of a safety concern to knowingly send someone down the road without a spare tire! Im disappointed to say the least; especially for a company that proclaims to be all about "family" and "community."

Buying at Warrenton Kia was easy and low-stress: everyone was friendly and professional. I went there after a Broadway Toyota bait-and-switch Prius nightmare, and after 2 other dealers (Lums & Gladstone Toyota) ignored what I asked for and tried to sell me cars I had no interest in. At Warrenton, I walked in, asked to drive a Niro, and Lori grabbed the keys. I wanted it in a different color, so they got one for me. Cory delivered it to my home the next day and showed me how to use all the buttons and screens. Male car dealers and salesmen, take note: When a woman goes into a grocery store for a can of mushroom soup, she does not want to waste her time looking at a box of mushroom stroganoff. Warrenton seems to be one of the few dealers that gets this. They didnt hassle or push me; they served me the soup (yes, a slightly better soup than I came in for), and I ate it up.

Stick with the old "trust, but verify" saying if you go here. When the salesperson is listing the selling points like a new battery, wheel locks with key, one owner, etc, be sure to get it in writing, verify it with your own hands, or take it to a mechanic for a once-over. Otherwise youll end up buying a new battery the same month you bought the car, or praying that you dont get a flat tire because your wheel lock key is missing. I was blown off the first time I requested the wheel locks be dealt with "oh yeah sure well get that ordered for you", so two weeks later I had to call and try to get the issue solved again. Two weeks later when the locks arrived, I went in and they told me my appt was for the next day (which is wasnt), and then took over an hour to perform the wrong service. Very frustrating experience on many levels and I would not recommend this place.

My wife and I bought a car from these wonderful people, everyone from the initial greeting to the salesman and their amazing finance magician Justin. Our Salesman John K. was great taking us thru some options we were looking for. Now keep in mind we were not looking to buy a car, we were checking out kia as they are super affordable and the amount of car you can get for the price is amazing. we saw a car, we test drove it and I challenged justin the finance manager, if you can get me where i need to be ill take the car(thinking full well there is no way). a couple short hours later my wife was signing papers. I would highly recommend this group of friendly professionals to anyone looking to buy!! Justin, John K. and the Owner Vince Williams !! fantastic family oriented and friendly..We will be back!!

I bought my first car from here and that was a mistake as I went in to buy a truck. The truck I was going to buy got sold out from under me. After I bought my car I waited built my credit up went in again to buy a truck had a cosigner and everything finally got into a truck. So I thought after they let me take the truck home and told me everything was all good signed papers not once but twice for said truck ten days later I get a call. I k ow have to return my truck because they did not have all there duck in line when making the deal. Is this how company are suppose to do business here everything is good and its yours no wait forget that its not. Well thanks for nothing

I have been to this dealership quite a few times. My mother in law has bought two cars from this dealership and has been very happy with both. I have also bought two cars from this dealership and have been very satisfied. The customer service is great and Ralph has been very good about checking back with me to see if I am happy with my car. I have been in the shop a few times for oil changes and new tires and the service guy (John) made sure I had a ride to work and they came and picked me up as well. They had to take me to Seaside so it wasnt a few minute trip. I will definitely be back and recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

Concerning the oil change service: I set an appointment for 3:00 and arrived at 2:50. I was asked if I would be waiting to which I replied I was. Didnt get out until 4:45. Nearly a two hour wait. Seriously great price for an oil change and a car wash, if it was just about saving money, Id be fine. It was frustrating, however, to watch two ladies and a gentleman come in after and leave before, all getting an oil change as well. Staff was polite and having coffee available to drown my frustration certainly helped. Ill probably subject myself to this torture again in a few months.

We were looking for a new car (Sportage) to replace our car. We were met by Corey, who is a very personable sales person, did not push us into any decision and allow us to look at the various vehicles on the lot. We made the decision to buy and the staff was most accommodating. from start to finish was about 1 hour. We told them our price point and they worked to meet that with several options for financing, etc.. I would definitely recommend them for a new car or used car purchase. We will return the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. John W.
