To Chris McClure, Toby Murry Sales Representative: We want to express our gratitude on the knowledgeable and creative manner in which you managed our recent vehicle transaction; culminating in a successful and, we hope, agreeable result for all parties involved. We especially hope that an adequate return accrues to the dealership; securing a good commission for you in recognition of your superior salesmanship. That you were able to carry out the entire process essentially via e-mail was very impressive! Thank you so much. I dont think I/we have ever enjoyed a less stressful, more pleasurable car-buying experience. We like your pleasing personality, professional approach, and customer service skills (including dispensing gout-management advice -- which, incidentally, seems to be working!). We have driven our new Avalon a couple hundred miles since purchase. The car is comfortable; well-mannered; and adequately powered by those 200 horses kicking out from the combined gas/electric engines. There is a noticeable shift between traction sources at slow speeds and from starts; but, I believe, I read somewhere that such was characteristic of Toyotas hybrid system -- at least with the Camry/Avalon version. Our fuel efficiency has been about 43mpg! Remarkable for such a large vehicle. In Appreciation.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Newport Toyota for coming through for us to fix our car while we were on vacation traveling through Newport. You got us in quickly to determine what the check engine light on our Prius was all about, and went the extra mile (literally) to go to Corvallis to get the needed part and turn around to go back again another way when the road was closed just east of Newport. Extra thanks go to Jeff who came in on Saturday morning to put in the part and get us on our way. We made it home back to Colorado across the deserts just fine, and the car is still running fine. Thanks for the extra effort!

Horrible Experience. Had been buying cars there for years. Staff was rude, confrontational, & condescending. Even though they wanted me to come back the next day to get a quick once over of the vehicle..... They didnt do anything! Except they had me meet Joel (Still not sure why this happened ) I was to only sign paper work as I had been the previous day doing the paper work. After a few of us shared our experiences they took their reviews off of facebook. Please dont make the same mistake I made. I should have never went back in after I walked out the first time. I would rate no stars if possible.

We have just bought two new cars from this dealership and have had a great experience. Matt gave us great service in a professional and friendly manner, was helpful and resolved any issues that came up and gave us good value on trade ins. We have had limited experience with the service department so far but the little we have had has been good. We are happy that we have gone to this dealership.

Service and sales more than poor. Went to buy a used car and the battery was dead. Was told it just needed recharging. It was no big deal. Batteries dont do that. Went to service after a problem with my Toyota. Purchased replacement windshield wipers that did not fit. When my wife took them back they made her feel like an idiot telling her that I didnt buy them there. They didnt stock these.

We will keep going back to purchase our cars here as long as they will be open. These guys take really good care of their customers and really care about what you need and what your budget is. They dont just look at you and see $$$. If your just looking they will let you just look they have no interest in being forceful, they are truly the best!

The staff are all committed to the scams that go on here. We were taken for about $1500, and when we confronted them, they offered to fill our gas tank free for 3 times. They messed up the DMV papers so bad, we had to personally go to the DMV with the car twice, to get the mess cleaned up. Save yourself the disrespect, and go to Corvallis!

Shysters! They knowingly sell used cars with problems, they tell you they fix whatever is wrong, but dont, its a sales gimick! I would highly recommend saving your money and sanity by going somewhere else!
