I drove into Capitol Expressway Used Car Factory driving a year 2000 Saturn LW2 Wagon. Saleman Michael Chung greeted me. I told him I was looking for a good quality car at a reasonable price. He almost immediately showed me a 2013 Toyota Corolla that had previously been a rental car. That car turned out to have everything I needed and wanted in a car for daily commuting. I was also concerned about financing and after making a low down payment, how high the monthly payments would be. Sales Manager Roy worked out the financing details and even gave me a good trade-in amount for my old, damaged Saturn. Everyone was courteous and friendly and there were no high pressure sales pitches. I got almost the same monthly finance charge that I paid to finance the old Saturn back in the late 1990s. Tomasz, who took care of all the paperwork was very informative about all thet documents I signed so that I had complete understanding of what I was getting into. To sum it all up: I now have a great car and would recommend Capitol Expressway Used Car Factory to anyone who wants to shop a good variety of makes, models and prices and work with a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I am giving them all 5 stars!

I seen this used car lot a few times over the last year and so and when I was in the market to get a second car, I stopped on by. I was quickly pleased that they were not a high pressure lot and after looking at some of the cars in the lot, knew that they were a professional group. The cars were all immaculate with what looked like new tires and brakes on them. The engine compartment looked like new. The insides were fresh and clean smelling. My issue with needing a used car was that my credit was "challenged". I brought this up early so not to waste time of either of us and they said lets see what they could do. Thomasz Kaliski, the finance manager worked hard and was finally able to make a deal I could live with. I cannot say how much I was impressed by the over the top service I felt like I was given and would recommend these guys as your fist stop if your in the market for a used car.

Warning, check car really well or take to mechanic before you buy. I bought a BMW 328i this past memorial weekend only to find out that the car is not actually covered under BMW factory warranty. Come to find out it has a possibly a bad turbo. The car smokes after has sat all day or cold start. BMW tells me that the turbo is probably bad. However, no warranty. Kind of misled. Also had to replace 2 rear tires because 1 was split on inner sidewall. Ouch over $450. Dale, Gabriel & Kate were very nice and probably not aware of the problems. UPDATE: Warranty issue was solved. The car was repaired under warranty. Only still have the expense of the 2 rear tires in the first week. Dale Kryst was very helpful to me and a very nice person to deal with. I recommend you see Dale for your for any of your purchase needs. (He also has the name of my dads favorite Nascar driver - A+++) Thanks again ☺

I bought a Scion XB from here yesterday and Michael was my salesman. He lied to me and said that the car gets 40mpg. I shouldve checked online, but after I left the car clearly does not get 40mpg. It actually only gets 22mpg. Thats almost half of what he told me. He called me today and asked how I like the car and I told him that he told me the wrong mpg and he said "oh I thought it was a hybrid, sorry". That is very unacceptable to lie just so I can buy the car. Obviously thats his job, but it is not right to deceive someone who is looking to make an investment on a vehicle. Go somewhere else if you are looking to purchase a used vehicle. I am very upset at the service here. My brother and I waited ALL DAY to make this purchase and they were very unorganized. Very disappointed!!!

We totaled our car and so began the trek to find a replacement. Our adventure took us to Capitol Expressway Used Car Factory. We found two cars that we liked and were greeted by Tom Hartmann and Mark Davis. Tom and Mark are wonderful salesmen who helped us articulate what we wanted and get into what we needed. This was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. I worked with Mark and Gabe and they unbelievably helpful. They walked me through the process and I never felt pressure to make a decision I wasnt comfortable with. They were super knowledgeable and friendly and Gabe has been great with my follow up questions. Roy was amazing and gave me a fair price for my trade in and got me in the car I wanted. I was there a couple weeks ago hoping to find a Ford Edge I had seen a few times driving buy. It was no longer there. I ended up driving away in a Ford Fusion. Great team. Tomasz from finance gave excellent finance advice for first time buyers and Michael Chung did a great job on the sales side even drove me to the San Jose Airport to drop off my rental! I also got what I think is a great deal on my pre-owned car because they are one of the largest dealer chains in the Bay (Penske) and get inventory for their other dealerships.

I purchased a car here, check engine light kept coming on, happened 10 times in 5 months, took the car back to them, they said they couldnt find any thing wrong, took it to my mechanic, paid for a test and he finds the problem in 15 MINUTES. I think they are dishonest. Will not purchase another car here, and if I can help it, either will anyone I know.
